Nous avons passés des vacances dans un appartement très confortable, cordialement recu par le propriétaire. Tout était en très bon état et nous étions vraiment satisfaits. Nous aimons beaucoup Saint-Pierre et sa plage. Mais ils faut savoir que les bruits commencent tôt dans la rue et aux chantiers, si on prend un appartment en ville. Quand même absolument à recommander! On aimerait revenir bientôt.

Ce T3 est bien placé et confortable

Cet appartement, est très proche de la mer (une rue à traverser). Il est bien équipé et sa petite terrasse est un plus (plancha à disposition). La visite du centre ville est possible à pied et un supermarché est proche (env. 250m). Les chambres (côté parking) sont équipées de volets roulant électriques et on y dort paisiblement. Le propriétaire est accueillant et est prêt à vous conseiller (restaurants, visites et autres). Très agréable séjour.

Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles . Appartement neuf , clair , agréable , terrasse ,parking privatif, nous y étions à 2 mais on aurait pu y être à 4 ;vous pouvez tout faire à pied dans Saint Pierre.Parasol,serviettes de plage à disposition ... Chambres climatisées donnant sur l'arrière donc très calmes, juste un peu de bruit sur la terrasse en fin de journée mais jamais après 21 h.Donc l'endroit rêvé pour passer de bonnes vacances!De plus excellent rapport qualité prix .

nous avons grandement apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires; la situation de l'appartement est parfaite , près de tout , la plage, les restos, le marché ...malgré cela, nous n'avons pas eu de problème de bruit la nuit, les chambres étant côté cour intérieure; les prestations de l'appartement sont de très bon niveau (literie, électroménager, déco...) bref, séjour très agréable! location à conseiller!
