Moderna villa adosada de 4 dormitorios, 4 baños, orientación sur con piscina privada climatizada y jacuzzi en la azotea.

El espacio exterior es una característica clave de esta villa, además de la zona principal de la piscina con orientación sur, hay una terraza en la azotea con jacuzzi climatizado con vistas panorámicas al mar, el dormitorio principal tiene una gran terraza privada, una cuarta terraza fuera de la cocina. para cenar, con una fabulosa barbacoa de gas, mesa de comedor para 8 y asientos adicionales para relajarse.

La villa está situada en un complejo privado de Vale das Flores, parte del complejo Vale do Lobo. Incluye aire acondicionado, WiFi y Lazer TV, que incluye canales de televisión del Reino Unido. Calefacción de piscina disponible.

Immaculate villa

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s Villa. The villa is super clean and modern, with everything within a 3 minute drive away. Pool was heated for us and the hot tub an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the showers were great. Amazing BBQ which heated up quickly. Absolutely perfect week away!

Wonderful villa that exceeded expectations. Villa was beautiful. Decorated to high standard. Beds were very comfy with good pillows. Plenty of towels and also beach towels left out which was so handy. Check in was easy. We arrived early and host allowed us to leave baggage in while the house was being cleaned which was so accomodating. Kate gave us lots of info about the area and the facilities. There is a luggage storage area at main reception if required which was greatly appreciated on our last day. Pool area was amazing. Comfy beds and chairs. Hot tub on the roof was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return!

Really nice comfortable and clean house

We really enjoyed the house in Vale do Lobo. The house is very clean and spacious. The pool was heated, so we could enjoy it even in October. Would love to come back!

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location

The villa fulfilled every need, plenty of room for 2 families with 4 children between us. Rooms were a great size and we really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom.The kitchen was very well -equipped and though we ate out a lot, we could easily have cooked every meal in the villa.The pool was small but great for a quick dip to cool off in the heat.The villa manager was a great help in the build up and during our stay, very responsive to messages and very keen to make sure our stay was positive.We had a minor issue when one of the shower hoses broke - we reported it and had someone visit to carry out the repair in less than an hour!We will absolutely be back

We were actually lucky to get the villa as our original cancelled due to selling the property, it was a tues to tues which are hard to come by. The location was a bit far out, it involved a lot of taxis as we normally stay nearer the beach. We had issues with the AC & the washing machine but the host dealt with them as best she could. Pool had a few loose tiles which didn’t look nice but didn’t affect safety. The pavements in VDL are not pram friendly & the walk to the beach had areas with no pavements at all so quite dangerous.

Perfect house in great location in Vale do Lobo

My family and I stayed at Kate’s house for over a month in the Easter holidays. The home was perfect for us, all the modern amenities you need, very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and great for families, especially ours with our toddlers. The pool area has sun all day. Very close drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water park. Can’t recommend it enough! We loved it. Will be back x

Fantastic!!!

We throughly enjoyed our family holiday in this wonderful villa. So spacious and caters well for 8 people. We varied in age from 10-79 years and everyone loved it. Kate was marvellous during booking process and nothing was too much of a problem, easy to communicate with. We will be returning and recommending to others, have already sent link 5 time and only home 1 day. Thanks for a super holiday x

Spectacular family villa

We are a family of 5 (my daughters are 9, 7 and 5). We chose this villa as it seemed to have a lot of space and boy was that right! 4 large double bedrooms (two king and two twins) and 3 had en-suites. There are 4 terraces so perfect to escape the sun if needed. The pool is small but perfect for the kids and a quick dip in the day. The location is brilliant too, about a mile from the beach and restaraunt area and a 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket. We did use Uber a lot as it was so cheap. The medical centre onsite is brilliant too, sadly we had to visit there a couple of times with two members of the family getting ear infections. But the service was fantastic. There is a local pizza place that delivers to the villa aswell which was great if we wanted to stay home in the evening. We didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but the view from the roof terrace was beautiful. I can’t recommend this villa enough. The main service mid week was a treat too. The games and DVDs were a hit with the girls too. We want to book again next year but bring my folks along too as there would still be plenty of space with them there.

A fabulous stay with a great host

We recently stayed at this stunning villa in Val de lobo and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the fact the villa is centrally located in the golf course which was stunning. The exterior of the villa is sleek and modern, perfectly complementing its luxurious amenities. Inside, the villa is spacious, airy, and impeccably decorated. Each room had a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The living areas are comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The villa is also exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, from modern appliances to an array of cookware and utensils. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which was perfect for al fresco meals. The bedrooms were another highlight, each one offering cool bedding and ample storage space. The bathrooms were equally good with plenty of towels and a hair dryer and space, they do get a little smelly on warm days but this seems to be the norm abroad. One of our favorite features was the private pool, which was well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the warm Portuguese sun. There were enough sun loungers and parasols for shade, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We also want to thank our host, Kate, who was incredibly informative and helpful. She quickly responded quickly to an issue we had.caused ourselves.

Since 2012, Villa Flores, has been a much loved family holiday home, large enough to accommodate two families and fully equipped for entertaining with a large array of crockery, and glassware etc as well as extending tables inside and out comfortably accommodating 8-10 people.

Our aim is to provide a villa that has been furnished, decorated, maintained and equipped to the a high standard, for our own enjoyment but also to provide a welcoming and comfortable holiday home for our guests too.

Therefore, we employ a local Management Company who are on hand to deal with your needs, this is in addition to being Vale do Lobo Resort members which allows guests to use the resort services too (extra charges may apply).

We really do hope everybody enjoys there time at the villa.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Being within the Vale do Lobo resort, provides access to all the facilities that you would expect from a renowned 5* resort, including golf, tennis, numerous family friendly restaurants, evening entertainment at The Praca and much more. There are also numerous bars and even a night club (Gecko) in the summer. Vale do Lobo is also well located for enjoying the more vibrant nightlife of Villamoura and everything else on offer in the Algarve.

The Villa itself, is modern with lots of outside space and 4 bathrooms was a real bonus. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and individual bathrooms (three ensuite and one adjoining).

Key features include;

Open plan layout, with direct access to the pool area from the lounge and dining terrace from the kitchen.
South facing pool area with small heated (at additional cost) pool perfect for children to play.
Rooftop Jacuzzi.

Villa Flores, is large enough to accommodate 8 guests, but cosy enough to be enjoyed by smaller groups or even a couple, it’s open plan layout and thoughtfully designed outside spaces provide a number of different areas to spend your time at the villa.

Benefiting from all that Vale do Lobo has to offer, you can spend the days playing golf, having tennis lessons at the academy or just relaxing by the pool or at the beach.
