Newly Refurbished, Large modern living ground floor apartment with a large Balcony with Great views. Well equipped kitchen, with Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, hob and Combi oven. Modern Bathroom with Shower and Washing Machine. Sleeping arrangements consist of A Bunk Bed (coin montage) and a King Size easy to pull out Sofa Bed. There is a Ski Locker Room and a locked room for Bike and Buggy Storage. Parking available outside the property.

What can we say, what a fabulous apartment; - location was ideal, a short 7 minute walk to Le Pleney lift and Morzine village. - the facilities within the apartment were great, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was full of all the necessary equipment, controllable heating and plenty of hot water. A nice touch with all the DVDs and games in the cupboards.- the host was very helpful with our queries and prompt in all communications.Great location for skiing and village life.We will book again.

Great Xmas stay

Great location with quick walk to the Plenyey Lift. The apartment was well equipped with toaster, Microwave cooker, Iron and washing machine. Family of 4 stayed over Xmas and the views from the sofa were amazing.

Our stay at the apartment was generally nice — it’s a comfortable place, and Sara, the owner, was responsive and helpful in answering our questions during our time there.However, we had a problem with the washing machine, which either broke during use or was already not functioning properly. Unfortunately, our clothes worth about 350 CHF became stuck inside. Sara told us she had contacted her insurance, but the resolution process has been unclear. We were informed that we might only be able to retrieve our clothes (still wet and inside the machine) in about four weeks, depending on an investigation to determine the cause of the damage. We’ve asked for more details about who will handle this and when, but haven’t received a response yet.At this stage, we don’t know if or how we’ll be reimbursed for our lost clothing, though we’ve sent pictures of everything that was trapped in the machine for clarity.Overall, while the apartment and host communication were good before the issue, the handling of the washing machine incident has been disappointing and left us uncertain about the outcome.

We had a great 4 night stay. Great size for a studio and bonus of a garden terrace. Nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. Short walk to the main Pleney telecabine and close to all the bars and restaurants . The perfect ski pad really. Many thanks

Fantastic little studio

I am just back from 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids. The studio was well equipped, warm and cosy and the beds were really comfy. The studio has a great location for the ski lifts and also for the apres ski scene and restaurants. We will be back.

Great location

This place is exactly as described. There’s more space than the impression you get from the photos. Perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants and the ski lifts (easy walking). It’s well equipped for a short stay and the self check in was super easy. The communication with the host was great. Very responsive. Will recommend for others. 👍

Excellent studio

Studio was very spacious with everything you need. The bunk beds were very comfy (we were 2 friends so used the bunks to keep the sofa free). Shower was strong and hot. Easy check in/out. With the conditions we had it was a 5/10 minute walk to the pleney lift, but on a good day would be skiable back home. Would happily come back.

Great visit to Morzine

Really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment as described, it is a large studio. There were only two of us so it was big for our needs. There was a good sofa bed but we didn't need to use it. The aparement was a little too far to carry skis every day but we used a ski locker in the centre of the village which was two Euros per day! Its a pleasant walk to the village centre.

An absolute gem

Brilliant apartment - stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids, 5 and 8 years old) and it was perfect for our needs. Larger than we had expected and although the kitchen is small it was well equipped - we had all dinners at home and it worked very well for us. Close to the Pleney, the town centre and the supermarket. Owner was superb in communicating, very quick to reply to queries - i realised (the day before we were due) that the booking had somehow missed out that we were 4 and not 1 so I contacted them and had confirmation within minutes that it wouldn’t be a problem and bedding and towels would be available for us all. Would definitely recommend!!

I have had a love of the mountains since i was 17 and went on my first ski trip to Austria. I later found myself in the beautiful town of Morzine about 10 years ago and with its amazing diverse ski area, les Portes du Soleil, it has kept drawing me back ever since.
I have had a successful career as a hairdresser which has allowed me over the years to travel the world, visiting the mountains as much as possible. I now live in Southend-on-Sea, where i am bringing up my family. I really want them to have the joys and the freedoms of all life experiences.
I grew up in a small rural Essex village to a family with a sense of adventure that was passed onto me and which i am now hoping to passing onto my children.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because it has a great living space, great location, and It is ground floor, with easy access to the outside and I need not worry about the children on high up balconies. It has great views and the sun is on the balcony most of the day. In the winter you can ski in to the apartment and for the summer it has a large storage room for bikes. Ideal to suit all the adventure sports Morzine and the surrounding area has to offer.
