El Seacraze Hua Hin es un complejo de apartamentos de alta calidad que ocupa una de las mejores posiciones en Khao Takiab, cerca de la playa, restaurantes, bares y autobuses. Consta de 4 edificios con ascensores, ubicados alrededor de una magnífica piscina de 60 m, también cuenta con gimnasio, sala de juegos para niños, sala de estar con aire acondicionado y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita y seguridad las 24 horas. La oficina de recepción está abierta de 8 am a 8 pm para ayudar con las necesidades de información, servicio y mantenimiento.

El Seacraze se encuentra en la frontera sur de Hua Hin, en el distrito más tranquilo y en desarrollo de Khao Takiab, a solo 7 km del centro de esta bulliciosa ciudad costera, a la que se puede llegar fácilmente en autobús o taxi.

El área local inmediata tiene una selección de más de 10 restaurantes, todos a poca distancia, y sirve deliciosa comida tailandesa y europea recién hecha a precios muy razonables. La mayoría están abiertos para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. El camino a la playa está justo enfrente del apartamento y está a solo 5 minutos a pie. Llegar al centro de Hua Hin es fácil. Songtaews (conocido como los ‘Green Baht buses ') es el método más económico para tomar solo 10-15 THB por trayecto. La terminal de autobuses se encuentra al final de la carretera (5 minutos a pie). 5 minuts from the beach

We have a nice holiday, swimming pool,near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Busstop 10 minuts walk. It was a bit noisy! Khao Takiab is the best area to stay, I think!

Loved the apartment. Everything was spot on.Clean, comfortable, great location and views.Lovely little deck for sitting outside and looking at all the goings on down below.And super quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping.Will definitely return.

Das Apartement entsprach voll den Angaben bei FeWo-direkt. Der Vermieter hat bei kleinen Problemen und Rückfragen sofort reagiert und uns geholfen. Im Apartement war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool im Condominium ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte lediglich beachten bei der Buchung, dass das Apartement besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist, da das 2. Schlafzimmer bedeutend kleiner ist. Einen besonderen Dank an den Vermieter John Larwson und das Personal vom Office!

Enjoyable stay in a laid back part of Hua Hin

We had a wonderful six day stay in this condo with a lovely view. We had spent the previous 2.5 weeks in Pattaya and came over on the passenger ferry. The ferry terminal is a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was handy to a number of nice local restaurants/bars, convenience stores and a wat. The area is at the southern end of Hua Hin and is in a quiet area. Songtaews (“baht buses”) are a short walk away however so large malls and central Hua Hin are a short trip away. There is a lovely, large swimming pool at the complex. If you want the beach, it’s a short distance away, next to the ferry terminal. Communications with the owners were very easy and prompt, often instantaneous. The building is very well maintained and secure. You are not in central Hua Hin so, if you’re looking for a party atmosphere, you may want to look for something closer to the centre of town. If you’re looking for a little R & R in a comfortable setting with some smaller restaurants and bars nearby, this is your place.

Nice apartment with a huge swimming pool

I hesitated to go to Khao Takiab but I was happy to be there. It's a quiet area and the beach is near and nice. There are enough restaurants around and some little supermarkets. For more shopping there is a bus that leave you where you want for 10 Baht(15 from 7pm to 9pm) or Tuc-Tuc for 200 Baht to Hua Hin center. If prefer to walk Blueport Mall is at 40mn by foot. Excellent and quick communication with the owner and the Seacraze staff are very heplfull. If you like to swim long distance you will enjoy the large Seacraze swimming pool. The apartment is comfortable with the basic equipment that you need. I enjoyed the balcony and his view in late morning. There is a booklet in the flat that gives usefull information. The bedrooms are East oriented and the blinds are not enough occulting, so you get the sunlight in the morning.

Great place for a holiday

A clean, well equipped and spacious apartment in a large complex with a superb pool and within walking distance of two beaches and a small number of restaurants. Easy to get into Hua Hin, by taxi or Baht bus, with a wider choice of restaurants and bars.

Great apartment, helpful hosts.

Stayed here for 12 nights with our kids - ideal for what we wanted. A nice apartment with decent sized rooms (king and twin beds) and a good view out to the sea. Excellent location - close to the beach, plenty of restaurants (but avoid Airspace opposite) and 5 minute walk to the bus into town. A real plus is the huge pool in the complex which was never crowded. Good communication with John via email and easy access to the apartment on arrival. Thoroughly recommended.

Best equipped place we've stayed. Good location-near restaurants and beach. Staff were very helpful. Will make positive comments on VRBO. Will recommend you to others. LaGrappa restaurant downtown was excellent!. The other restaurant we really liked was about 2 blocks down-old Thai lady and her waitress spoke quite good English. Thank you! Thank you.

Modern apartment with a fabulous pool

My friend and I wanted somewhere to chill out for a couple of weeks before touring Vietnam and Laos. This proved to be the perfect choice. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms (so no fighting over rooms!) and great views of the sea. The Seacraze pool is just amazing - the largest we have ever seen - and we've seen a few. The Seacraze apartments are very well run and easy to stay in - good lifts and this apartment is particularly well located on the top floor with outward looking views. Also quiet. We got very fond of a couple of the restaurants just across the road. Very friendly and with delicious Thai food. But if you crave bright lights it is very easy to catch a taxi into Hua Hin and the delights of the night market. And the nearest beach turns out to be really quite unspoilt, but with sun beds and one very good restaurant in particular. We would certainly stay there again.

Hi, having previously stayed slightly out of town near Hua Hin on our last visit we were looking for somewhere more central and near the beaches, restaurants etc. but still having peaceful, luxury accommodation... we couldn't have made a better choice. The apartment is beautiful with a lovely relaxing swimming pool. The beach which in my opinion is better than the main Hua Hin beach is only a 5-10 min walk away with great places to eat - seafood etc, 7/11. a stones throw from the apartment. Recommended and would definitely return.

GREAT LOCATION

A well furnished and comfortable apartment on the 7th floor, the balcony in the afternoons was shady and with a slight breeze made a great place to sit and relax. Well equipped kitchen although we didn't cook (I am on holiday after all!), pool is very impressive and well maintained, office staff helpful when we arrived. security guys friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, a short walk to two lovely beaches, plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach then just walk a little further on and the beach is pretty much yours with just a few other people taking a walk, a whole range of eating places so close by, we used The Oasis just across the road for lovely breakfast and great coffee, a very handy FamilyMart mini supermarked also just across the road for basic necessities. If you want to take a trip into the main part of Hua Hin, use the Green Bus (10 baht during the day or 15 baht after 7.00 pm) you will have to take a Tuktuk back after 9.00 pm and this cost us just 200 baht. We had a wonderful two weeks and would highly recommend this apartment.

Sea Craze

This is a fine apartment, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Well equipped and maintained; good management and staff run the complex which has the biggest pool I have ever seen, plus a fitness centre and a young childrens play room, both air conditioned. Fine location being just minutes to the beach and the local bus to Hua Hin. Good local eating places very close and a couple of good hotels just a short walk away. Would I go back? Yes!!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

So after a few days in Bangkok, me, my Fiance, my Mum & my Dad needed some R&R. We took a trip down to Hua Hin and stayed at the Seacraze. First impressions were WOW and that feeling never went away until the moment we left. The site management team first loaded our bags onto a cart and then directed us to the office to pick up the key. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to find the office manager spoke good English (which does make things easier due to my lack of Thai language skills!). The staff were friendly and efficient and after a couple minutes we were being escorted to the apartment with our baggage following close behind. The apartment situated on the top floor was clean tidy and had an awesome view across to Takiab Bay. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows available which is always a good sign in my book. The top attraction for me was the crazy swimming pool. ITS HUGE! And it never seemed to get busy. I think there were maybe 3 families around it at most at any one time...no fighting for sun loungers. It is very peaceful and quiet with some great little restaurants across the road ( H&P Beach Corner was my favourite!) and then some other restaurants no more than 5 minutes walk away (Rua rimtarn is again another favourite). All in all i cannot fault this place. It is amazing value for money, its quiet, close enough to town if you want a night out and far away enough to have a chilled out time. I will definitely return to Hua Hin and if its available i would stay at the Seacraze again

We fell in love with Hua Hin on our first visit and knew immediately that it was a place we would come back to regularly. It has so much to offer for a holiday and is often referred to by tourist guides as the seaside resort of Bangkok, despite it being 3 hours drive. This amazing town offers a vibrant downtown night scene, great beaches, interesting night markets, the warm-hearted Thai people, the amazing low-priced food, the wonderful massages for 250 THB, but overall it's the blend of east meets west that Hua Hin delivers so well. If you want more than just a beach or pool holiday, Hua Hin is an excellent choice.

We decided to buy in Khao Takiab, at the southern end of Hua Hin because we saw the area improving year on year, but mainly because it is the quieter part of town with a more local Thai feel and enjoys access to the most natural and uncrowded beach. At that time, we had no idea how many good restaurants would open in Takiab itself. We selected The Seacraze condo for its fabulous pool, and great location close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores.
