Great Apartment.

Lovely Apartment,bright and spacious. Full sun on the balcony from mid day.Super location , close to Bars and Restaurants. Directly opposite the Bus station so very easy to explore the Island. Communication with owner was very good.agent that greeted us was very informative.

Great apartment - amazing holiday

Apartment very modern and clean, pool aera clean and quiet. Great area, central to restaurants and bars, 5 min walk to beach. Great property host, amazing communication from booking until departing. Will definitely return.

Lejligheden var god, og der var, hvad vi havde brug for. Det eneste vi kunne ønske, var en rigtig dobbeltseng i stedet for en sofa til at slå ud. Vi havde 2 dejlige uger i lejligheden og kan anbefale den til andre, og vi vender gerne selv tilbage.

Very central location and property excellent

Great stay in this very relaxing apartment with all modern facilities and very functional. Pleasant pool and comfy loungers. The venue is centrally located near the beach and not far from Veronicas. Owner and key manager were very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to return to this destination

Excellent Apartment in great location

We stayed here in November 2019 and the apartment was exactly as described by the owner. We had some problems due to Thomas Cook collapsing but the owner quickly amended our booking which was greatly appreciated and her communication throughout was quick and precise. We were met at the entrance in arrival by her agent who showed us around the property and helped to answer any questions we had. In terms of location you couldn't wish to stay anywhere better with restaurants and bars on your doorstep in every direction. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other couples looking to have a relaxing break.

Fantastic studio apartment, perfect location

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious. Location is perfect, across the road from the bus station and 5 min walk from both Siam Park and Siam Mall. Beachfront also about a 5 min walk. Felt like we were well located no matter what we wanted to do. Pool was well looked after and there were always sunbeds available. Pool bar/restaurant very well priced, and the staff are lovely. Eike met us at the gate of the apartment to show us the apartment and give the keys. she was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the overall experience, and would not hesitate to book again.

Great and clean apartment

Great apartment!! you get a lot for your price. The apartment is so central with lots of great pubs and restaurants around. Also there are loads of space at the pool to sunbathe. Would definitely book again.

Szuper Apartman mindenhez közel!

Mindenkinek ajánlom az apartmant. Mi 2x is voltunk itt, és csodálatos hetet töltöttünk el. A konyha jól felszeret, van mikró és mosógép is. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a lakás tiszta. Minden nap a teraszon reggeliztünk és onnan néztük az óceánt. Az udvaron zárt parkoló található, és nem kell az utcán a helyet keresgélni. A medence szép tiszta, minden nap reggeli után itt úsztunk egyet. A napozó ágyak használata ingyenes. A tenger 5 perc sétára található. Bármelyik irányban indul az ember mindenhol talál éttermet és szórakozó helyet. A buszmegálló és a Siam park közvetlen a szomszédban található. Bevásárláshoz a nem messze lévő Hiper Dinot ajánlom, ami a városban a legolcsóbb. Biztosan jövünk még ide. Köszönjük! :)

thrilled

the room is a lovely modernised studio which was perfect for a weeks stay for me and my partner. We were throughly happy with the property as it is exactly what is advertised, however it is not in the centre of las Americas it's borderline Costa Adeje. About 10-15 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and the lively Veronica's strip. The communication was excellent between myself and the owner which was important. I would definitely recommend this room and bare it in mind for my future trips to Tenerife :)

Excellent studio, perfect location

This was our first time staying in Tenerife and after a lot of searching we decided on this studio. What a little gem this place is. The best thing about the studio is the location, just a short 2 minute walk from the beach and the balcony gets the sun all day with a great view towards the sea. The apartment is thoroughly modernised with a new kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of storage, which for a studio is great - the owners have really thought about the design. We had a car and the free hotel parking was a bonus, we could always get a space. The Borinquen is perfect if you want to be in a quiet spot but with just a 15 minute walk to Colon Beach and about 10 minutes to the more lively Veronicas strip this place is ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and the studio was very comfortable and clean. I would like to see a little more crockery/glassware in the studio, but to be honest it had everything that we needed for 2 people. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we were greeted on our arrival. We will be back to Tenerfie next year and will definitely consider this studio again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Highly Recommend !

Great location, in between Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Getting the number 111 from the airport, for 3.7 euros the bus takes you right outside of the apartment block. The agent meets you at the bus station too, making it so easy. Nice, very clean, modern studio. Well equipped with kitchen, hob utensils etc and the balcony has a nice view of the sunset. Nice pool too, very quiet and easy to get a sunbed. This is VERY reasonably priced. It is only a studio, but for 2 people, it is perfect. Nice beaches nearby, big supermarket nearby, plenty bars, restaurants but nicely set back away from the hustle bustle. The owner is very nice to deal with too. If I had to give one criticism, I would say that the kettle and utensils are a little cheap and the kettle lid did come loose, but that is really looking for something to criticise if I had to :-/ All in all, great studio, enough space to live in for 1-2 weeks, recommend to all.

Fantastic Apartment In Good Location

Very easy to get to from airport, under 4 euros by public transport 30 min journey, bus station located very close to complex. I was met by the owner who I had been in regular contact throughout the rental process. Apartment is accurately portrayed in info/pictures & was spotless. Balcony overlooks pool. Area is very quiet with only slight noise from main road to the front. Beach, shops & restaurants all within 2 mins walk. Taxi ranks available to front & rear of complex. I would recommend this property & plan a further visit to it within the next 6 months.
