Sleeps 7. 4 bedroom villa. A most beautiful renovated old Istrian house has four double-bedded bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. It is situated in the vicinity of the town of Umag. Within the House there is a Sunbathing Area and a Swimming Pool.
Open the doors of the amazing stone-built Istrian house Rea located on the Vrh Bentolići hill near Goli vrh and find out what lies behind them. Enjoy utter peace and quiet and all the delights of a traditional countryside estate only a few kilometres from Umag, the sea and beaches.
Watch the birds, deer and rabbits run along the small forest paths passing the olive groves and vineyards. Visit the nearby ranch and try horse riding. Stock up with Istrian wines – Malvasia, Teran and Muškat. Spend time with family and friends by the fireplace enjoying the traditional Istrian game, truffles or Istrian beef (boškarin) specialties.
We can provide you with:

Wonderful villa, wonderful location

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks and it was magnificent. The advertised details do not do it full credit, in almost every way it was better than expected. Perfectly located to explore the delights of Istria which offers a wonderful mix of culture, relaxation, great food and some great, fun tourist attractions as well. A meal at the owners local restaurant is also recommended, where the food is excellent. Both the villa and Istria are highly recommended, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing!

We are a family of 5. We had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and beautiful sunsets very much. The owner was very kind and helpful. He even invited us to his restaurant. The food and service was amazing. It was so good that we went a second time. I would definitely recommend the villa and the restaurant is not to be missed!

Just a few houses in Umag have a similar location to our house. But usually you can not buy this houses. We get this opportunity because one our friend decided to sell the house. Thank s to him.

What makes this property unique

In this house you can think that the time has stopped 100 years ago. When you are here, there is no pressure, no stress, just peace, you start to think about the nature that surrounds you. listen to the birds, watch the wildlife and rabbits... and only 10 minutes from the civilization.
