A semi-detached Villa in excellent condition, situated in 'Las Piscinas' urbanization is a perfect choice for holiday stays as well as:
1. Families. Closed, secure gated community allows children to play outside without letting parents being worried about dangers of streets, such as cars or other vehicles.
2. Golfers. Close proximity to all three major Gold fields in the area (5 mins drive). Bring your families and keep peace of mind on the golf field, knowing that your family is safe and busy with shopping and resting in the biggest Commercial Center in the area "La Zenia Boulevard".
3. Couples. The biggest commercial center "La Zenia Boulevard" is the place to start your vacation with. All major brands and divers offer of kitchen of restaurants will not leave you unimpressed. Comminuty pool within 15 meters and 5 mins drive to the beach are yet another pleasure couples will definitely enjoy.
4. Seniors. Why to go to the Dead Sea, spending thousands, when you can enjoy the same, if not better curing properties of a salt lake of Torrevieja (Salinas de Torrevieja)? Salt Lake, located within 10 mins drive from the house is a a place where several natural features come together to create an unusual set of circumstances purported to be effective in healing and recovery from a wide range of illnesses and conditions.

On arrival we were met by the agent who showed us around. The property was very clean and well appointed. Three good sized bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. A full bathroom upstairs and a small wc under the stairs. The swimming pool area is almost directly opposite the property and is well maintained.

Tranquilidad

Alojamiento tranquilo con la piscina justo en frente zona tranquila y bien comunicada playa a 15 minutos andando, Zenia Boulevard y más tiendas muy cerquita. Atención por parte de los propietarios perfecta ,para repetir.

Lugar ideal, tranquilo, cerca de todo y muy familiar

La propiedad cumplia todas nuestras expectativas. El propietario muy amable y atento desde el principio. Dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días cerca de la playa y sentirse como en casa. Todo perfecto. A tener en cuenta para mejorar... sería interesante que las habitaciones dispusieran de aire acondicionado, solo el dormitorio principal tenía aire acondicionado. La habitación de la planta baja es excesivamente calurosa y no tiene corriente de aire. Echamos en falta un botiquín para primeros auxilios y un extintor en caso de incendios. Tuvimos un par de accidentes domésticos y no encontramos más que alcohol para poder desinfectar heridas. Lo que más nos gustó fue el porche y el patio, imprescindible para desayunar y cenar cómodamente al aire libre. Nos encantó! La barbacoa, aunque no la usamos pero lo vemos muy interesante. La piscina comunitaria... es una delicia despertar por la mañana temprano y bajar las escaleras de la casa, cruzar la acera y hacerte unos largos en la piscina y empezar el día con mucha energía. Lo que más agradecemos... todo tipo de utensilios para la cocina, vajilla, loza y cristalería para una familia o grupo numeroso. En otros sitios solo dispones de un juego de 6-10 servicios y aquí había más que de sobra. Dispone también de sillas, tumbonas y sombrillas, aunque no lo usamos pero está muy bien para poder bajar a la playa sin traerte de casa nada. En general ha sido todo perfecto!! RECOMENDABLE 100%. Belle maison agréable et bien équipée.

Cadre agréable dans une résidence privée. Proche de toute commodités. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. La piscine est très plaisante. Maison propre et bien équipée. Je recommande sans hésiter.

10 day stay

Excellent base camp for many trips in the area. Perfect place for ppl just wanting nice quiet surroundings and warmth. But, a car or bike to go shopping is making it a whole lot easier. Would love to return! Andy was allways eager to make the stay problemfree!

Family friendly and relaxing

Myself 2 kids and partner throughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at the villa. Had everything we needed in the house for the stay! Lovely outdoor and pool area neighbors were very friendly to! We no the local area pretty well so new it is close to local amenities 2 mins in a car or 10min walk. We used the bbq outside one night which was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy. Andy was a great help anything we needed and questions that need answering. Would definitely recommend it.

Good Villa

Good Villa Found are stay at the villa good we had a few things need looking at like light above table inside villa did not work found in kitchen one small milk pan and one very large frying pan was all the pans the was to cook with. we did use the barbeque outside was great. we loved the pool lovely spot we had a great time as reading the review before we were lucky we had no Bugs while we were there had a lovely holiday here We would come to this villa again good location to shops restaurants I would recommend it to friends and family. Thank You

This was our second time staying at this villa our first time in 2015 was very enjoyable hence we left a very positive review This visit we will always remember for all the wrong reasons COCKROACHES COCKROACHES COCKROACHES WHILST THE AGENT ( Andy) had the place fumigated, and generally was very helpful, we were constantly seeing them on the worktops bathrooms and floors both inside and out It got to the stage we had to leave the villa and move elsewhere. At our own expense. The owner (nick) commented it was not his fault that myself and my wife were afraid of cockroaches! He also stated he would consider some form of compensation, but we would get nothing if we posted a negative review!! Needless to say we won’t be returning to this villa ever again Denis & Magella July 2018 Ps. Whilst we do not blame the owner for the invasion of cockroaches. His attitude towards us left a lot to be desired

Beautiful and clean Villa. Close to pool, shops and beach. What more could you want?

The location of the villa is perfect. You can see the communal pool from the front windows of the villa, literally a minutes walk from the front door. The pool is beautifully kept, and was lovely and quiet. The urbanisation is gated for extra peace of mind. The shops are about a 15 minute walk, or 5 mins in the car. Everyone on the urbanisation was friendly and keen to give us directions and info about local amenities, although there was a detailed brochure in the apartment with all that info included. The beach and restaurants were about a 10 minute drive. There was plenty of activities locally to keep the kids amused too, such as Aquopolis water park, and the local Go-Kart track. All in all a brilliant stay and would definitely be back.

Lovely property and area

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely house, 4 adults (my husband and I and my parents) and 2 children (11 and 17). There was everything what we needed. The pool is just a few steps away from the house, clean and well maintained. We had an amazing time there. The contact with the owner and the house manager was excellent. Thank you very much Nick and Andy for your help on every stage. We are definitely going to recommend this property to our friends.

Amazing holiday house

This excellent villa made our holiday an amazing one! Impressive, located in a closed gated community with polite neighbors, very clean community pool with crystal clear water located 30 feet away from the house have given our children a chance to have fun at the highest level. The house is very well equipped with different types of house ware as well as towels and bed linen. The house is located in the area with a dense choice of bars, restaurants of divers cuisine (Indian, spanish, intalian, mexican, etc.) and the biggest Commercial Center in the area - "La Zenia". One can reach beaches in 15 minutes of walk time or 5 minutes driving. The plain sand and beach bars are the ones that let us relax and squeeze maximum pleasure from our short stay 10 day holidays. The customer service is the excellent one we have ever dealt with! Thank you Nick for your lovely place and the chance you have given us to enjoy our stay! With best regards, Shawn!

A Great Place To Stay in Playa Flamenca

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a holiday in the Playa Flamenca/La Zenia area. The property is well appointed and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. This 'quad' house is situated on the edge of the La Florida urbanization and is less than 10 minutes walk away from bars and restaurants such as An Sibin, the Odd Couple, The Abbey and a brilliant Indian - Mumbai Blue. A 15 minute walk will get you to Playa Flamenca commercial centre with good restaurant choices of the Papaya Tree, Rustica etc - not to mention the fish and chips from Spud Murphys. Great value Chinese restaurants are in abundance all down the coast. The Saturday walking street market is 15 mins away with the impressive La Zenia Boulevard a further 5 mins away. A similar timeframe will get you to the beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. We hired a care for the whole month of our stay for EUR268 (+ EUR 88 fuel/refueling charge) this opens up Torrevieja, beautiful towns around the Mar Menor, Alicante and the delightful Cartagena. This property, which also benefits from a great communal pool, is an ideal location for this part of Spain; a quiet residential area with all amenities in striking distance. The rent we paid represented very good value for money and the owner was responsive and very helpful. We will book again.

Ideal for Summer holidays with children

A nice quiet relaxing holiday during the Winter months, although the weather during February was unseasonally cool. Easy driving distance to all shops, restuarants etc in particular Xenia Shopping Mall (a must for retail therapy) and also the Saturday market (just minutes away). The Villa was well appointed with a bonus of Sky TV (bring your own Skycard) Recommended for holiday with children (pool metres away) and beach few minutes by car.

Very happy to stay there!

We stayed for one week and we regret we didn't stay longer. This villa is just what we were looking for years. There are a lot of good offers in the market, but this one is special. We fell in love with this villa. All the was very clean and tidy. Its location let us to walk down to most of restaurants and we even used to walk down to the beach. The urbanization is very quiet and very safe. We definitely recommend this villa to all who wish to spend a lovely vacation in Costa Blanca. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Nice house, sun only in yard few hours

The house was very nice and there were rooms for all. One bedroom little bit cold, sun only in yard from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Frying pan and water kettle should be changed - there were scratched and maybe not good for the health. There were enough food making things. One kettle maybe more. We bought coffee maker. Long walking to beach and shops. But we enjoyed :) Thanks, Nick!

Perfect villa

We stayed here for 2 weeks in august and it was perfect. Outside was very quiet and spacious with only a few steps to a lovely communal pool. The villa was very clean and very comfortable with lots of towels , bed linen etc. would definitely recommend this villa and we will be coming back next year!

Amazing two weeks in spain

This villa is a step up from your average rental villa. The villa itself is so clean and comfortable. My two teenage children were delighted with the wifi,the villa is just a few meters from the pool which makes it easy for popping in and out. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, and of course the boulevard which is fantastic. We had no problem with the owner when it came to getting our deposit back. I would highly reccomend this villa. Denis & magella

Excellent villa in excellent location

Me and my husband with 3 children stayed in this fantastic villa for 2 weeks and were more than happy. It really exceeded our expectations. A community pool few steps away, La Zenia Boulevard 2 minutes drive and a clean La Zenia beach made our stay a pleasant one. The house is a smoke free and a closed gate community made our stay hassle free and we knew our children were safe outside. I definitely recommend this villa to my friends and to families with children.

Me and my wife have a family of 2 young children and have always dreamed of having some paradise place of our own to spend our vacations. Having visited a lot of coutries, we just fell in love with Costa Blanca of Spain. That made us choose this location as our small paradise, to where we always are more than happy to come back again and again.

Having a young family and caring about our childrens' safety, we have visited more than 50 houses for sale in the area. If one thing was good, then some other factor came out to be unacceptable. At last, we found this house that fited ALL our safety needs, as well as our requirements for proximity to all amenities, quiet and clean community, excellent neighbours and impressively clean maintained house, which is number 1 for my wife.

Staying in this house one can enjoy benefits of all that recreational area can offer - beaches, golf fields, restaurants, bars, salt lake, shopping centers, quiet community, big pool, safety for children playing outside. And which is most important - majority of these amenities are walking distances away! No need to have a car, unless you play golf!
