BEAUTIFUL MODERN VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL CLOSE TO BEACHES AND GOLF COURSES
In Orihuela Costa, beautiful modern south facing fully air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and private pool (HEATING OPTIONAL - contact the owner).
It consists of a sunny living room all day long (dining area, living room) and a fully equipped open kitchen. A master bedroom with its bathroom (view of the pool) and dressing room, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an independent bathroom. Upstairs, a second master bedroom with its bathroom and the solarium equipped with deckchairs, armchairs from which you can see the sea.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with trees, a terrace with awning and a south-facing swimming pool, all equipped with a large table, a barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi and international TV channels (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin and Las Colinas), beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca) and all amenities.
2 minutes by car the shopping center La Fuente: pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, bank, hairdresser.
5 minutes away you will find the large shopping center of Zenia Boulevard (more than 150 shops and restaurants) open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
A few minutes away, the city of Torrévieja and its entertainment and the surrounding cities Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Cartagena...

Just back home after an amazing time in this villa. Rachel and Evette were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was clean, modern and very well equipped. We were impressed by the inclusion of so many kitchen/cooking utensils as well as a secure safe. Nice quiet area. The Palms beach club nearby was great to go to for breakfast or lunch. Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic stay for a number of weeks this summer. The villa is beautiful and in a great location convenient for everything (having a car is helpful). The villa has everything you need for a lovely family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The villa itself was very spacious and had everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. I would highly recommend this villa.

Peaceful Holiday

This lovely villa is in a very quiet residential area close to supermarkets for self catering. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants. The swimming pool at the villa kept us cool in the heat of the afternoon. It is well equipped and vomfortable.

Great spacious villa, fantastic pool and outside area Ideal family getaway

The villa is in a quiet location, but had a a lovely restaurant just opposite and another with mini golf a short stroll away. Also close to supermarket and a host of other restaurants and bars. A car is needed to go to the beach - Cabo roig or La Zenia, but only 5 minutes away. Villa well equipped, super outdoor entertaining area and great pool. Owner was very communicative and immediately rectified small hiccup on arrival. Would recommend as a great stay for families.

Perfect Villa

This beautiful villa was just perfect for my grown up family of 5, very clean, spacious and comfortable, it had everything you would want in a holiday home, pool area was amazing with plenty of seating/sunbathing areas to choose from, not to mention the roof terrace and views were fantastic too. We hired a car to travel to La Zenia (5mins) or Torrevieja(20mins) but there are bars/restaurants within walking distance. I hope we can return here one day, i would highly recommend for a family holiday here, its fantastic. Great communication with Rachel the owner and Evette the manager, thanks for everything.
