Dear Antonello, unfortunately, some flies decided to make a nest inside the air conditioning system, which is an extremely rare event (even in the country): this has never happened before in the many years the house has been rented. The nest was of course promptly removed, the problem resolved, and to make up for the inconvenience, we refunded to you the days the house was not used.

Dear Anton, I am so glad you enjoyed your vacation and the property, which we strive to keep in pristine condition. The city should repair the access roads periodically, and since they haven't done that in awhile, I am hopeful that they would do so in the near future. Thank so much for visiting.

Dear Jane, while I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at Berritta, I disagree with your claim that the video - filmed not by us but by one of our many guests - is "misleading" for the following reasons: (1) At the beginning of the video the aerial view of the property is shown very clearly. The bridge that you are referring to appears in another part of the video filming a beach which is 10 minutes by car from the property and which, by the way, it is not the closest one to the property; (2) The website shows the exact location of the property, which, on a straight line, is only 2 km from the sea; (3) The description of the property is accurate, as clearly, even 10 minutes by car cannot be defined as far. Regarding the dishwasher we need to point out that Orosei is a small village and the Bosh service people come to town approximately once a week. Since you stayed few days, there was not even time for them to come and check the problem. When they came they found that the problem was not with the machine itself, which by the way is fairly new, but with your incorrect usage.
