We are up a private 'no-through' road so we have a very idyllic tranquil setting, the Sea and Cove being a spectacular backdrop to every view from the garden and apartments. -the views are totally uninterrupted as there are NO properties in front of the apartment.
We have two apartment, 'Trebal' & 'Sea Edge' with modern facilities, which form part of the property dating from 1670’s property when used as part of the tin mining industry with the old harbour just below. Accommodation includes: Double and Twin bedrooms with en-suite, Lounge, Kitchen, all with uninterrupted sea views, plus Dining Room and raised BBQ terrace overlooking the Cove.
Set in 1/2 acre they have separate gardens backing onto the cliff side (yet safe for children), with seating by the cliff edge including the ‘Crows Nest’, situated half way down the rocks, a secluded seating area accessed by steps from the property.
The property is directly on the Coast Path with delightful sea walks in both directions to other beaches and Coves. We have ‘World Heritage’ status and are in an area designated 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' with SSSI (special scientific interest) status. There are no street lights so you get amazing views of the stars.
With the sandy beach of Trevaunance Cove just a few hundred yards away (patrolled by lifeguards in the main season), you can swim, body board, surf and kayak in the clear azure water. Or just lounge in the peaceful garden away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, the Sea and Cove being a backdrop to every view from the garden and apartments. And... NO parking problems, with our Private off road Car Park. Wildlife such as Seals are a common sight (there is a colony just round the Point) and even Dolphins can sometimes be seen. Surf hire facilities and Kayak tours are available.
There is a 17th century locals pub a few hundred metres away with a restaurant plus a further restaurant on the beach. A full range of shops are available in the village of St Agnes including 2 convenience stores, grocers, butchers, bakers, post office, gift shops etc. There are a number of very good restaurants and 5 further pubs, most serving food. There is also live music in the village.
We are a very friendly village so you can be sure of a warm welcome wherever you go and whoever you meet.
Thank you and hope to see you in our special village.
Please note: All the views and photos are from the actual apartment, including the views of the beach -many other properties show the Cove but they are 'down the road' and the sea cannot be seen directly from these properties.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in St Agnes. Paul’s apartment had everything we needed; plenty of space, well appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge and bedrooms, utterly stunning yard with so many different spaces to enjoy the views, and so close to the beach. Paul was a really welcoming host, the only downside is that we had to leave!
This location filled all of our expectations, a very private location situated in an exceptionally picturesque part of the cove. Our host Paul greeted us and later checked on our well being. We had a very large garden area with stunning views and 200+ paces to watch amazing sunsets, This property does date back to the 17th century but it had everything we needed.
Absolutely amazing holiday. Waking up to the sound of the waves, sitting in the wonderful garden looking out over the sea, absolutely incredible and just the break we needed. Paul is lovely and the art in the apartment is stunning as well.
We just loved the location and what this offered us in terms of walking & wonderful St Agnes
Wonderful week

Wohnung in toller Lage mit besonderem Flair
Spektakuläre Lage direkt an den Klippen mit Blick aufs Meer, kurzer Weg zum Strand, schöner Garten, Wohnung könnte so langsam eine Renovierung vertragen.

A little peace of heaven
We loved it! Perfect location, great for exploring Cornwall but you could spend days in St Agnes itself and not get bored. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need.Don't expect luxury- you don't need it as you will be out and about or sat in the garden! The owner is really friendly came to say hi on the first day and will happily help you out if you need anything.

About the host
Hosted by Paul Hoare
Hi I'm Paul Hoare. I live on site in the main house, the apartments are on the ground floor with gardens that overlook Trevaunance Cove with uninterrupted sea views. I am an artist and have an art studio in the property where guests are welcome to view the local artwork, completely without obligation.
Why they chose this property
There are only a handful of properties with unobstructed views over the Sea and being so close you can abandon the car (if you wish) and walk to the beach, pub and all local facilities. It is ideally placed for all major towns and attractions including Eden, Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust Houses and Gardens, including the quaint fishing villages such as Mousehole and Cadgwith. The Cathedral City of Truro is just over 8 miles away with the main railway station direct to Paddington, London. With early springs, mild autumn and winters, whether you want sun or to watch the magnificent seas pounding the rocks, St Agnes is an ideal holiday location.
What makes this property unique
Trevaunance Point Apartments are literally just a few hundred yards from the sandy beach and a traditional 16c Pub and restaurant. In the Cove there is also a Cafe/restaurant overlooking the beach serving freshly caught fish. The apartments have gardens that back onto the cliff with views over the sea and Cove. The village of St Agnes, about 1/2 mile up the road although small has all the amenities you need, including supermarket, butchers, grocery and bakery, many further pubs, restaurants and a gift shop.
