In the third and last floor (no elevator) apartment completely renovated but retains traces of the past: exposed beams, near station, tram line 3, parking in front of the building. Two bedrooms with real beds (160 * 200 90 * 200) fully equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine ...) living room with TV and radio cd player, wifi. Shower room and WC. A water point in the large loft bedroom, each room has storage space and a desk. Bed linen and towels included and welcome products.
The apartment is designed for 3 people 3 adults or a couple with a child who has his separate bedroom. We can also make available a cot.
In an old building of the Gambetta district, Patch limit and pedestrian area, you're in the city center. The building has only 5 apartments and the second is occupied by a law firm, the building is quiet, ground floor only a brasserie open for lunch Monday to Saturday, offers good value for money and offers recently the Sunday morning brunch.

All shops with local products and vegetables, dairy, deli, bakery, and convenience stores, restaurants, gym, opera, cinema, historical center, close to shopping ... and the market in front of the building every morning. Also side gym. Ideal for enjoying the city, the region, and also beaches.

the neighborhood
Near the historic center. Ideally located it allows you to visit Montpellier walk (outside the historic center), joining the beaches by tram (line 3 at the foot of the building) and enjoy the city without having to take your car will remain parked in foot of the building (Gambetta parking). Near Place de la Comedie, cinemas, museum and historic district.

By car easy parking in the guarded parking in the basement at the foot of the building (Gambetta parking) line 3 of the tram in front of the building line 3 lets go to the sea. The train station is 10 minutes walk.

Respect places and neighbors. No smoking. We ask our guests to clean the kitchen and sanitary, empty the dishwasher and undo the beds prior to check out. care products available to them. An inventory is made at the entrance and exit. We leave a booklet in the apartment with all the records of electrical appliances.
