Welcome to the previous show suite of Rundle Cliff's where no detail was overlooked. The condo has over 2100 sq. feet in which you and your guests can sprawl out and enjoy. There are two master bedrooms which have King beds and ensuite plus additional twin in one room. The third bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and twin bed with a hallway washroom. The living room has an oversized kitchen table so you and your guests can have relaxing meals. Enjoy sitting by the double sided fireplace within the two living room seating areas. One of these couches is a tempur-pedic style queen pullout bed. There is a full kitchen that has all appliances and cooking utensils required for your stay. Additionally, the deck has a BBQ which looks out towards multiple mountain views. The condo also has in suite laundry. The building has a outdoor hot tub, games room, laundry room and an exercise facility. We will also provide two National Park passes for your cars for the duration of your stay.

Very close to all the retail shops and restaurants. You are able to walk the scenic boardwalk over creek right to downtown. And our property is very unique in its size. As it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and 2100+ square feet all on one level.

Great place in the rockies
We loved our stay despite the smoke covered mountains. The place was in a great location in Canmore and enjoyed walks along the river. Donald, the owner, responded quickly and was very helpful. We loved playing shuffleboard at night and the view from the room. We made use of the 2 national park passes which saved us a bunch of money. We had a group of 9 total with 2 young kids travelling with us and the place was large enough to accommodate us without making us feel cramped. I would love to visit again

Awesome condo in a perfect location!
Beautiful roomy well supplied condominium within walking distance of restaurants and shops in downtown Canmore. Such a gorgeous area that we would like to return one day to see more and will definitely plan to rent this condo again!

Fantastic Stay !
Our family of 6 along with 4 kids recently stayed here. Everything about this condo is so perfect. Sprawling bedrooms and common spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area., I could go on. I don't think the pictures do justice. While we enjoyed the scenic beauty of Banff/Canmore, we were equally looking forward to coming back home each day after some sightseeing. The 3 toddlers in our group had a blast as they had so much space to spread out. The view from the condo itself is mesmerizing. Mountains and a creek running through the property. There is also a children's park within a 5-minute walk of the property that we enjoyed. We had such a fantastic and relaxing trip ( exactly what we hoped for). Donald and Tonya( I guess that was the property manager's name) were very responsive. We reached almost midnight. Even though the instructions were given to get the key, we couldn't figure out the back entrance of the condo. Tonya received our call even that late and guided us. We wished our stay was longer and I secretly wished this condo was mine :) Will definitely stay here if we visit Banff again. Do not think twice before booking this Condo !!!

Wonderful condo close to town. Fully stocked
Our family stayed here for a week. Everything went well. The condo was fully stocked with supplies and cookware. A well laid out condo. Being a 10 minute walk to town was helpful. And having 2 inside parking places, although tight for a large car, was a real bonus. And the park passes were another bonus.
Our main issue is having only 2 "keys" to the unit. If 3 of us went out, we had to try to coordinate our returns. I asked about a 3rd, but they said not available.
Also the wifi went down when we were there. We figured it out as a disconnect wire near the router. However, there are tons of wires all stuffed behind about 5 pieces of equipment in a bedroom and it was difficult to find the problem. The wiring should be redone and organized. We did not ever turn on a TV, so no comment on that.
Overall, a great place to stay for a vacation in the Banff area only 1 hr 15 min from Calgary.
Thanks for your positive review and suggestions. I am glad you enjoyed the condo and its location to downtown Canmore. I wish we could have a solution to obtain more keys, however, we are restricted by the system. We have to withhold one key as we have had guests lock themselves out and this is only way to re-access condo. I did receive a brief internet interruption notice, however, it was related to being in mountains and the thunder/ rain showers that rolled through Alberta. We are always striving for perfection so thank you for the comment on the cords. will re-organize and label next time we are present.

Walk 5 minutes to elevation place to enjoy the extensive leisure facility. Some activities to partake in are rock climbing, swimming, water sliding, floating the lazy river and multiple drop in exercise programs. Additionally, walk downtown to dine at restaurants and pubs.

Terms & Conditions: 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. local time & CHECK OUT IS 1030 A.M. local time. Early check-in and late check-out only if previously arranged. Driving directions and check-in instructions are forthcoming. Condo keys to be picked up in lockbox in condo lobby. 2. This is a NON SMOKING condo unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED. 3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- of $1000CAD will be secured against your credit card. These funds will be released back to you As listed above provided no damage has occurred other than normal wear and tear, no undue cleaning is necessary, or the electronic key, Park Pass, or other items have been returned. Charge for lost or damaged card keys is $50 (please be careful with the card keys as even small cracks make them inoperable). Charge for lost Park Pass is $150. 4. PAYMENT – A 100% advance payment by VISA or Mastercard is required. 5. CANCELLATIONS:Firm- 60 days prior full refund and 30 days prior 50% refund 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a coin laundry room in building. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. 8.
