Thank you for your feedback, although we do find it terribly unfair, and difficult to understand.
Before replying to your review, we did contact our management services agency to understand if any of the mentioned issues was reported during your stay, and the only reported issue was the request of extra towels, something that was accepted by us by making available for free, 4 extra bath towels.
All the other issues, were not mentioned during the stay, namely cleaning problems, which obviously is a really serious matter, and in case you did find it dirty, you should have immediately contacted us, the cleaning team would go there asap.
Regarding outside garden lights, we really don´t understand this comment, all lights are working, and nothing has been done since you checked-out.
We were aware that one of the blinds had been ripped off by a previous guest, but due to the size of the blind, it has been difficult to replace it because it is out of stock.
Also the remark about leaky showers, we did find a broken head shower after your group left, maybe that is what you are refering to, obviously we have already replaced it.
Regarding the mattresses , it is always hard to find the correct balance between guests that prefer softer or harder mattresses, but once again,if you had notified us, we could have placed hotel toppers in some beds, for the guests that really demanded that.
Regarding painting, the townhouse is every year painted in the winter, in the areas where scratches can show up, for instance in the stairway due to luggage carry over, maybe it can show now in September some wear and tear, but this is not in a social area of the townhouse, not in the bedrooms or living room.
To sum up, our guest reviews track record speaks for itself, and we do trust our management services agency, and we do care our townhouse, simply don´t understand such level of complaints, especially, when from the beginning we organized, early check-in and late check-out, also airport transfer and offered extra towels.
