Casa Vittoria is a fabulous, family friendly (including well behaved dogs) villa, suitable for 2 families set in open countryside with beautiful views across to the Siblinni Mountains and nearby medieval hilltop villages.

Alongside the modern facilities it offers an outdoor kitchen, 2 pergolas and it's own 12x5 m pool. Indoors there are 2 well fitted kitchens (lower and upper floor), sitting room and upper terrace.
Nearby, the village of Servigliano offers bars, restaurants, supermarkets and regular outdoor markets. Santa Vittoria is 7 minutes away and boasts the famous Farfense restaurant.
Apart from the glorious Italian weather, enjoy many local fiestas, opera (Macerata), renaissance art, walking in the nearby mountains, swimming in Lago di Fiastra 45 minutes away, you can just relax by the pool underneath the pergola.
If you tire of hill top villages and mountains you can make your way to the beaches of Porto San Giorgio or Pedaso about 45 minutes drive away which offer safe and enclosed swimming areas suitable for all families. There, you can chill beneath the colourful umbrellas running along the beaches and eat delicious fresh seafood in one of the many seashore restaurants.
On Thursday evenings you can visit Fermo, 30 minutes drive away with it's renowned late-night antique/craft market.
Located in a quiet Le Marche setting away from the road and in a wonderfully rural location. The views from the house are amazing whatever the season or time of day.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, Casa Vittoria is comprised of 2 kitchens (on lower and upper floors), a large sitting room, 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms plus a downstairs WC.
Outside there is a large upper terrace accessed from the upper kitchen and 2 covered pergolas. One pergola with a fitted kitchen overlooking the 12x5 metre pool and one facing west which is a tranquil spot any time of day.
The house has 2 dishwashers, TV, DVD player. Cots and high chairs are available. Wifi is available.
Casa Vittoria is located in the commune of Servigliano and overlooks the hill-top villages of Penne San Giovanni and Monte San Martino, one of the most beautiful in the region where the local church houses some of the best renaissance art from the Crivelli brothers.
There are excellent places to eat a short drive from the villa and cafes serving delicious home made ice cream can be enjoyed in Servigliano and Santa Vittoria.
The Siblillini mountains offer some of the best walking to be had in the country, ranging from strolls to see the amazing wild spring meadows with gentians, orchids to more challenging treks up valleys along shaded rivers or more robust clambers where you can stay at rufugios.
Excellent day trips include, Lago Di Fiastra for swimming and boating or Grotte di Frasassi Caves. Assisi, Urbino, and Ascoli Piceno also make excellent day trips.
Closer to home there is a riding school and lake (San Ruffino) with beautiful walks, picnic areas and restaurants.
