Hermosa casa de campo, una vez utilizado como establo y granero, desde 2005 magistralmente restaurado conservando el encanto y las características de las antiguas casas de labranza.
La propiedad es de dos plantas de unos 150 metros cuadrados cada uno. En la planta baja gran cocina con todos los electrodomésticos, gran salón con bar, baño, lavadero y terraza de madera con aire acondicionado de 80 metros cuadrados con zona de relax y una mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre. El primer piso cuenta con 5 habitaciones con 14 camas. Cada uno puede ser utilizado como simple, doble o triple. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con TV, calefacción y aire acondicionado, cuarto de baño con ducha, jacuzzi y baño turco. En frente de la villa, se colocan un impresionante 14m x 6m piscina y una piscina para niños, donde los niños pueden jugar sin peligro. En un entorno tranquilo, hamacas y sombrillas.
La villa está rodeada por un viñedo, un huerto de olivos y un gran aparcamiento. Relax y marco de la naturaleza virgen.

Great House with large pool

We were two families (4 adults and 6 children ages 5 to 11 years old) that stayed a week in Villa Le Vigne. We had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious, with large dining and social area and five spacious bedrooms with toilet, shower and AC in each room. The kids loved the pool and it was perfect for play and cooling down during the hot days. The location is really beautiful and the surrounding s are really spectacular. We appreciated the secluded location but also that it is close to several villages where you can shop groceries, take a coffee or eat out. We also drove to the sea several times which is 45-60 minutes by car depending on what beach you Want to visit. To summarize, this is a perfect house and location for larger families or groups.

Allesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten unheimlich viel Platz. Jedes Zimmer hätte sein eigenes Badezimmer. In jedem Zimmer und in den Gemeinschaftsräumen gab es eine Klimaanlage. Und auch die Handtücher und Bettwäsche würde nach ein paar Tagen gewechselt. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Gegend und sehr nette Gastgeber.

We hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad! Het huis was keurig schoon. Sanitair zag er perfect uit! Bedden allemaal keurig opgemaakt. En wat helemaal top was, na 1 week werd alles schoongemaakt door een team van schoonmakers. De bedden werden heerlijk verschoond en de handdoeken werden ververst. Het was net een hotel! 1 keer viel de stroom uit. We belde Andrea en binnen een kwartier was hij er om het probleem op te lossen. De communicatie met Andrea liep perfect. Reageerde erg snel als we ergens vragen over hadden. Het zwembad werd om de dag schoongemaakt. Dit kwam Andrea heel vroeg doen, dus daar hadden we totaal geen last van. De omgeving is magnifiek!! Wat een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad was een uitkomst met de hoge temperaturen. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten in het zwembad. Verder was er in elke ruimte in huis airco. Heel fijn! Andrea, nogmaals hartelijk bedankt voor je goede zorgen. We kijken terug op 2 prachtige weken!

Posto immerso nella pace, spazi a misura di bambino. I nostri si sono divertiti a esplorare e han giocato all aperto da mattino a sera. Molto carini e premurosi i padroni di casa. Una vacanza a tutto relax. Da segnalare gli spillatori dell' acqua sia naturale che gasata. Un plus molto gradito. Ottimo il loro vino!

Simply beautiful

A magic place with very high comfort. A very warm welcome by Laura and her husband. We had a fantastic wine tasting organized by the owners and really enjoyed the stay. The place and also the wines are highly recommended, we enjoyed it and would like to come back.

A wonderful place

We (2 famlies - 9 persons) stayed in Villa le Vigne for a week. This was really an uforgettable stay with tremendous sorroundings with piece and quite. Very well equiped with all you need and even more. The swimming pool was very fresh and nice with a large covered area. 5 large airconditoned bedrooms with own bathrooms was really appriciated. The owners were very professional and dedicated and really wanted us to feel good. Wine tasting in Saputi was also a very nice experience - even for the drivers.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der schönen Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr guter Ort um "Italien" kennenzulernen, man befindet sich in idylischer Ländlichen Umgebung und nicht im Urlauberzeitrum. Die Einrichtung und der Pool wurden sehr oft genutz. Man sollte sich auf keinem Fall die Weinprobe mit den regionaten Köstlichkeiten entgehen lassen. Wir haben eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterfamilie kennengelernt. Vielen Dank

Fantastic villa with great Scenery

We arrived very early in the morning to a fantastic scenery. The owner had facilitated so we could take over the house at 5 o'clock in the morning. The villa has great facilities with 5 clean and high standard en suite bedrooms. The kitchen and dinig area is spacious and well equipped. The pool area is fantastic. My family has enjoyed 4 weeks of sun and summer in beautiful Italy and we will be comming back. John from Norway

Great house with amazing views

We had an amazing stay at Villa le Venge; the house was great, the owners were very friendly, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The villa had a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside; rolling hills and farmland. Laying by the pool was very relaxing, there was hardly a sound to disrupt you. The inside of the villa was very comfortable; the sun room had a nice seating area as well as a good sized table for dining. The bedrooms were all a good size with large bathrooms. For entertainment there is a foosball table, pingpong, and two televisions, although we didn't use any of it. Included with our stay was a wine tasting at the family winery which was great. They include some local meats and cheeses from Marche to sample.

Wonderful villa

We spent one week in the villa and we had a wonderful holidays. Everything is perfect, the pool, the garden, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the veranda, the playroom. Well equipped and clean. The owners are very nice people. Thanks! We hope we can come agai next year!

Vacanza Rilassante

Vacanza rilassante in mezzo alla natura e bellissima vista panoramica. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. 6 bambini e 6 adulti accomodati con tanto spazio a disposizione.Piscina, ping pong e calcetto hanno allietato parte del nostro soggiorno. Forse un barbecue piu' grande e nuovo faciliterebbe la grigliata. Spero di ritornarci nel futuro !

Wonderful for Family Holiday

This villa was everything it was advertised to be: lovely spacious accommodation with all requirements provided, including indoor games; fantastic view from a commanding position over the vineyard and beautiful valley; an excellent swimming pool in which all generations spent considerable time; great secluded position but not too far from shops. Our whole family relished every aspect of this wonderful holiday. And the Saputi family were very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive and provided an excellent wine tasting. We shall all be returning which is the ultimate verdict!

PRACHTIGE VILLA MET WONDERBAARLIJK UITZICHT

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Villa Le Vigne! Het is een heel goed onderhouden en ruime villa met alle nodige luxe. Voor de grote en kleine kinderen is er een ping pong tafel, tafelvoetbalspel en natuurlijk het zwembad met jacuzi. Het uitzicht rondom de villa is buitengewoon prachtig en rustgevend. Wanneer je 's ochtends de luiken opent heb je onmiddellijk dat vakantie gevoel. De dorpjes in de buurt zijn heel gezellig en pitoresk, de inwoners zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kuststad Civitanova is zeker een bezoekje waard alsook Lago di Fiastra enz...... Laura en haar familie zijn steeds telefonisch bereikbaar voor alle hulp en informatie die je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf. Langs deze weg willen we hen nogmaals bedanken voor de fantastische vakantie!

AMAZING VILLA, WITH EXCEPTIONEL VIEW

We had a fantastic holliday in Villa Le Vigne! It is a very clean and specious villa, with all the necessary luxury. For the big and little kids there is a ping pong tabel, a mini soccer game and off course the big swimming pool with jacuzzi. The view from the villa (at all sides) is AMAZING! When you open the windows in the morning you know you are on vacation. The villages nearby are pitoresk and cosy, the people are extremely friendly and helpfull. The city Civitanova at the sea is worth visiting also Lago di Fiastra is very beautifull. Laura and her family are always just a phonecall away when you need some help or information. We would like to thank the owners once again we had the time of our live.

magnifico !

das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf all den Fotos ! Ausstattung mehr als Perfect , sogar eine eigene cafebar ist vorhanden ! die Terrasse its riesig und der Ausblick ist unglaublich ! wir kommen sicher wieder ! die Vermieterinn (danke noch mal für alles Laura) ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit und der Ablauf extrem unkompliziert ! ich kann die villa nur jedem weiter empfehlen der ein Too Haus mit viiiiiel Platz in einer Wahnsinns Lage sucht !

Best Villa Ever!

We had the most fantastic time at Villa De Veigne. The villa is placed on top of a hill with the most breath-taking panoramic view! It is in the middle of a vineyard surrounded by a garden with olive trees. The facilities are very good, enough to accommodate 14 people, the hot water and water pressure was very good. The villa was clean with fresh towel and white ironed sheets. It takes about 1.15 minutes to drive to Ancona airport, 3 hours to Rome and about 3.15 mins to Florence. It is essential to have a car as the villa is situated in a remote area and it takes about 5 – 10 minutes drive to get to the main road with the shops. The local farmers green grocery has all the fruit and vegetables picked from the local farms and the quality is fantastic. We particularly were impressed with warm and friendly approach of Laura and her mother in law (this is a family run business). They were there whenever we needed any help. We recommend their local wine made at their own wine making factory. It’s cheap with a very good quality. The only improvement I would suggest is for the villa to have a game room with games i.e. table tennis, pool etc to keep the guests occupied otherwise I will recommend this villa 100%. We had one of our best holidays ever!
