Villa with private garden and direct access to the beach and therefore to the sea. Composed on the ground floor of a kitchen complete with all appliances, large living room, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms. Also on the ground floor another full bathroom with washing machine. Covered terrace with barbecue, table and outside lounge. On the first floor double bedroom with bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. Private parking palm garden with outdoor shower.

Very nice stay Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in the house for one week mid of April. Especially the close beach was perfect for our children and kept them busy many hours each day.

Amazing Property On The Beach

This property has an absolutely incredible location, as the beach is literally out the back gate. The beach has soft powder like brown sand and the water is very clear. Great place for families, as the property has nice size bedrooms and three bathrooms. In addition, the covered back porch is ideal for spending time together and relaxing. Thank you for a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Wir haben die Tage in der Villa sehr genossen. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind ein kleines Paradies – grün, gepflegt und mit Liebe gestaltet. Die Lage hinter den Sanddünen, nur wenige Schritte vom langen, kaum besuchten Strand, ist genial. Auch wenn es manchmal windig war, konnten wir viele schöne Stunden am Meer und warme Abende auf der Terrasse genießen. Ideal für Familien – wir waren mit Baby und älteren Kindern dort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah, Ausflüge nach Pozzallo oder Modica lohnen sich. Ein großes Dankeschön an Giovanna, die Managerin: herzlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub am Strand

Das Haus befindet sich windgeschützt hinter einer Sanddüne. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Der Garten mit den Palmen ist schön und groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Internet funktioniert mittelmäßig. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist um die Ecke wo man auch Brot für das Frühstück bekommt.

War alles in Ordnung, und wo es gehakt hat, konnte Giovanna helfen. Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage direkt am Meer. Meerblick von der Terrasse oben war auch Klasse.

Un buon punto di partenza per visitare la zona

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 nella casa di Luisella e abbiamo comodamente visitato le belle cittadine rese famose dallo sceneggiato di Montalbano. A circa 10 minuti trovate vari supermercati e proprio a 1 minuto in auto una fantastica rosticceria frequentata soprattutto da gente del posto. Il patio è il punto forte della casa. Enorme e sempre ventilato. Le palme in giardino e la vista della duna rende l'idea della posizione. Venti passi e siete in spiaggia fronte mare da soli, non essendoci libero accesso al mare. Sabbia fine, mare degradante. Calmo e caldo. Oltre alla cultura, ci siamo fatti anche qualche giorno di vero mare. La casa è super accessoriata, soprattutto la cucina anche se potrebbe essere utile un.piccolo forno a microonde proprio per scaldare le delizie della.rosticceria presente in loco. La parte della casa al primo piano non è stato utilizzata in quanto con accesso non diretto dall'appartamento e per un odore di umidità. Peccato perché il terrazzo antistante la camera ha una stupenda vista mare. Il resto della casa era pulito, anche se, in alcune zone si.percepiva un lieve odore di umidità. Dato probabilmente dalla costruzione sulla sabbia. Cercavamo una soluzione che ci consentisse di andare in spiaggia al rientro dalle gite, senza utilizzare l'auto. E l'abbiamo trovato con soddisfazione. Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno.

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand mit einer riesigen gedeckten Terrasse, auf welcher man auch im Herbst gut draussen sitzen konnte. Es gibt auch eine grosse offene Terrasse mit Strandsicht im Obergeschoss.

Per chi ama essere vicino alle dune e al mare

La posizione della casa è eccellente per quanto riguarda la distanza al mare e la posizione a Santa Maria del Focallo. Spiaggia bellissima e lunghissima. Il terrazzo e il giardino sono ampi. Permettono un grande relax. Noi eravamo in cinque. Siamo stati molto bene. L’unico aspetto un po’ irritante sono i costi aggiuntivi oltre all’affitto che non sono da sottovalutare (circa 25%): costo per agenzia vrbo, pulizia, biancheria e tasse di soggiorno.

Lage direkt am Strand

Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Sehr sauber. Netter Service. In der Nachsaison ist man im jeden Fall auf ein Auto angewiesen. In direkter Nähe gibt es kaum Infrastruktur (Geschäfte, Restaurants). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen...

Wundervolles Haus direkt am feinen Sandstrand

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Klimaanlagen haben alle funktioniert. Besonders die Terasse mit tollem Blick auf den schönen Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Luisella und Giovanna hat mit Google Übersetzer wunderbar funktionbiert. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachseneen und 2 Kindern dort. Der Strand war auch traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am traumhaften Strand

Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und ausreichend für die angegebene Personenzahl. Die große Terrasse mit dem angrenzenden wunderschönen Garten runden die Sache ab. Durch eine Gartentür kommt man direkt über eine Düne an den wunderschönen Strand. Leider haben wir die Sonnenliegen für den Gartenbereich vermisst. Es waren leider nur ein paar Plastikstücke vorhanden, die leider auch für die Personenzahl nicht ausreichend waren. Man hätte den Garten sicherlich dann noch mehr nutzen können.

Wunderschönes Haus, traumhaft gelegen, tolle Vermieter!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, welches über einen tollen Garten und direktem Strandzugang verfügt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir per Telefon/Whats'app jederzeit unseren Vermieter kontaktieren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, vielen Dank für alles!!!

Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt am Strand mit toller Terrasse und schönem Garten!

Wir - sieben Erwachsene - haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und ausreichend groß für max. 7 Erwachsene oder 6 Erwachsene und max. 3 Kinder. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll, allerdings muss man zunächst über eine Düne klettern. Der Strand ist ruhig und gepflegt, in der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, die - sehr schönen - Städte Noto, Ragusa und Modica sind in weniger als einer Autostunde zu erreichen. Ein tolles Domizil für einen schönen Sizilienurlaub! Die Betreuung vor Ort war schnell und unkompliziert, wir können das Haus jedem nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

BELLISSIMA !

Bellissima villa con accesso diretto sul mare. Splendido patio e barbecue in giardino. La casa e' ben arredata, dotata di tutti i comfort e attrezzatissima. A disposizione anche attrezzatura da spiaggia. Siamo rimasti farevolmente impressionati, non potevamo sperare di meglio.

Great house in awesome location with very helpful and friendly host

We had a great stay in this house (2 couples) and enjoyed our own access to the gorgeous beach. The kite spot is very nice and the beach Maya (300m) has the best cocktails. We will come back next year!

Vacanza stupenda, villa incantevole !

VILLA FANTASTICA ! Bastano pochi passi attraverso il giardino privato perfettamente curato e ci si ritrova sulla lunghissima spiaggia di sabbia. L'enorme terrazzo coperto e il grande tavolo è perfetto per pranzi e cene in compagnia. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e molto puliti, la cucina dispone di tutto il necessario oltre ad una comodissima dispensa. Le camere sono luminose e spaziose. Il servizio offerto in loco è stato perfetto e puntuale. Devo fare i complimenti per le indicazioni offerte dalla proprietaria per quanto riguarda ristoranti e negozi, selezione perfetta ! La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa ottima per godersi una vacanza in totale relax !! Consiglio a tutti questa villa !

Leider konnten wir dieses Jahr nur eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus am Meer verbringen. Wie schon letztes Jahr war alles tiptop und wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Ho soggiornato nella villa per 17 giorni insieme alla mia famiglia. Da subito l'alloggio si è rivelato al di sopra delle aspettative, garantendo la massima privacy, pulizia ed ogni genere di confort. Cucina ottimamente equipaggiata, aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, camere ampie e ben arredate, impagabile la zona esterna e l'accesso diretto ad una spiaggia enorme, pulita e poco affollata anche in pieno agosto. Molto valide le informazioni fornite dalla proprietaria, persona seria, puntuale ed affidabile tanto quanto la sua collaboratrice Giovanna. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Grazie ancora alla sig.ra Luisella!
