Villa Salsa is a nice house for 12 people, in Ericeira, the capital of Surf, 50 km away from Lisbon.

The spacious 3-story property is equipped with modern commodities to deliver a wonderful vacation to the holidaymaker. The villa boasts 5 bedrooms, a large living and dining room in open space, a home theatre, a games room with a football table, darts, and table tennis.



As for the exterior, a private heated swimming pool 10 m x 5 m, a Jacuzzi for 5 persons and a garden are complemented with a masonry barbecue and outdoor dining area. For the ones that want to explore the area feeling the wind on their faces at a slow pace, there are 2 bicycles available. The sandy beach at walking distance is the cherry on top.

We had a great time at the property and the location was perfect. The unit was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our 2 families of 4. The yard was great and the little market down the street was a nice walk every morning for espresso. Would definitely go back!

Large, somewhat bare house

The house is very large and had more than enough beds for our large family gathering. Oddly though, the table did not have enough seats at all. We appreciated that there were toys left behind for our kids to enjoy. The bikes mentioned in the listing were no there though. We had to pay extra for the heating, but even with this there were some issues with the heating and hot water. The house manager was very responsive in walking us through problem solving steps, but would have been even better to not deal with this at all. Probably not a problem in the summer. We also paid extra to have the pool heated. And it was somewhat heated, but honestly still extremely cold. Probably not really worth it for the winter months.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous étions tous contents de la villa et des nombreux équipements disponibles ( les vélos ont fait des heureux). La villa est facile d’accès, très spacieuse, avec de belles pièces à vivre et nous pouvons garer les véhicules de location dans l’enceinte de la propriété. Une petite boîte cadeau nous a été offerte avec quelques spécialités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste. L’hôte est très réactif et il a pu répondre à toutes nos questions. 30/10/24

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Familien (Eigene Schlafzimmer und Bäder). Der Garten ist gepflegt und der große Pool lädt dazu ein die Sonne direkt vor Ort zu genießen. Bucht man den beheizten Jacuzzi dazu kann man auch problemlos kältere Tage draußen verbringen. Die Villa liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für eine Surfsession. Ein Mietwagen ist aber dringend zu empfehlen, da die Fußwege vor Ort nur teilweise gut ausgebaut sind. 12 Oct - 19 Oct 2022

Excellent séjour en famille

La vila Salsa etait parfaitement adapté à notre séjour en famille ( grands parents, parents et enfants) Toutes les pièces sont très grandes , la cuisine côté jardin est très fonctionnelle et le jardin grand et bien entretenu . Les chambres et les salles de bain sont également grandes et très propres. Nous avons apprécié les coucher de soleil depuis les fenêtres à l’étage et les enfants les jouets pour la plage. A 5 minutes de la plage les hommes ont pu aller surfer tous les matins. La côte est très belle et les gens tres gentils . Personnellement c’était ma première expérience au Portugal ( mes fils étaient déjà venus surfer) et j’en garde un souvenir inoubliable.

Très bien, villa propre, spacieuse, très bien équipée. Dans un cadre tranquille. Juste dommage que les pièces résonnent autant. Cela peut être assez gênant surtout a plusieurs. A part ça, c'était parfait, Paulo nous a attendu malgré le retard de notre avion. De très bons conseils pour faire les courses ou aller au restaurant. Merci encore 24/08/24
