Bright house in the village of Ortovero, known for the production of Pigato wine typical of the Ponente Riviera. Set in a quiet location, it provides access to the beaches of Alassio and Albenga in just 15 minutes by car. Great starting point for those who love hiking or mountain bike excursions. Just 5 km (approx.) From Garlenda Golf Courses. The house has an independent entrance and a large private car park. The porch and courtyard allow for moments of relaxation and outdoor fun. The interiors, completely renovated in the furnishings, are spacious and comfortable. There are two double bedrooms (with possibility of extra charge, two additional beds), kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and large living room. the house is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and quiet holiday but at the same time do not want to give up the opportunity to move and reach beaches, shops and city centers in a fast and practical way. The nearby access to the motorway leads to Montecarlo and Genoa in less than an hour's drive.

Such a nice stay!

We were 2 couples that stayed there, aiming to climb.We had such a nice stay in this cosy apartment. Kitchen has everything you need and the hosts are so lovely, providing us with any help needed and even with their homemade jam and olives from their own harvest. Would go back any time!!

Perfekter Ort zum entspannen und wohlfühlen

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen im April in Ortovero mit unseren 2 Kindern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. Die Küche ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Veranda ist sehr groß, überdacht und toll um dort zu essen und zu entspannen. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt. Wir reisen viel und es war bisher der schönste Garten, den wir hatten. Ganz toll für die Kinder zum Spielen. Die Hauptstrasse von Ortovero führt am Haus vorbei, stört aber nicht. Paolo und Silivia waren sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohn gefühlt. Wir werden wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.Anmerkung zu Strom und Gas: Die Kosten waren bei unseren 3 Wochen gering und wir haben viel gekocht und geduscht.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Ligurien

Wir möchten uns den Positiven Bewertung für diese Ferienwohnung mit anschließen. Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Abschließbarer privater Autostellplatz. Sehr schöne Bademöglichkeiten in Alassio und Laigueglia. Wunderschöne Sandstrände und tolles Meer. Viele Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten und aktiven Urlaub. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Paolos und Silvias Ferienwohnung in Ligurien, Italien. Die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber und gemütlich. Der grüne Außenbereich bot zahlreiche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die großzügige Versorgung mit frischem Gemüse, darunter Tomaten und die typischen Tropet Zucchini, war eine besondere Freude. Paolo und Silvia waren äußerst hilfsbereit und bemüht, all unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Als wertvollen Tipp empfahlen sie uns den Besuch des Baba Beach in Alassio, der sich als ideale Bademöglichkeit erwies. Als junge Familie mit zwei Kindern fanden wir hier die perfekte Umgebung für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ortovero und in der Umgebung, die mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erkundigen ist. Das Ehepaar die uns die Wohnung vermietet haben waren absolut fantastisch. Sehr Gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit konnten wir die beiden sehr schnell in unserem Herzen schließen. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und war sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück, was aber gar kein Problem ist, da sie sehr zurückhaltend sind und man sie fast nicht gesehen hat, aber wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben waren sie immer sofort zur Stelle. Die Straße ist zu hören, aber der Garten und die Umgebung mit dem Fluss haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und super sauber, WLAN hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und das Grundstück ist Nachts verschlossen. Wir haben hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir hatten für eine Woche gebucht, wären aber gerne noch länger geblieben. Es ist eine Terrasse mit Gartennutzung vorhanden. Der Verkehr auf der vor dem Haus vorbeiführenden Durchgangsstrasse hat und nicht gestört. Man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten am Meer und in wenigen Minuten in den umliegenden Bergen. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für die Umgebung des Umlandes. Strom und Gas werden gesondert abgerechnet. In der einen Woche beliefen sich die Kosten auf 12 €. Paolo und seine Frau sind ein ein sehr sympathisches und hilfsbereites Ehepaar, die uns nicht nur mit Tipps, sondern auch noch mit frischem Obst aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt haben. Kleine Willkommens- und Abschiedsgeschenke rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Würden wir wieder dort hin fahren? Jederzeit!

Ottima accoglienza, simpatia e onestà

Questa sistemazione a Ortovero è ideale per chi voglia esplorare la costa e l'entroterra e non voglia essere travolto dalla folla. Un angolo di tranquillità con grande attenzione alla pulizia, all'indipendenza, all'autenticità. Il tutto per un prezzo onestissimo, che consente quindi di investire su visite, cibo e altre attrazioni. Lo raccomando fortemente ai sognatori, agli amanti dei pergolati e delle piste meno battute.

Nette Vermieter, Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die im selben Objekt im 2. Stock wohnen. Alles sehr diskret, man hätte sie fast nicht bemerkt, wenn man nicht selbst einmal Fragen hatte, die ständig freundlich und sofort beantwortet wurden. Tipps für Restaurants und sightseeing etc.. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Ausstattung des Hauses ist mit Blick auf den Preis sehr gut. Die am Haus vorbeiführende Straße war zu hören, hat aber nicht wirklich gestört. Bäcker und kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Größere Einkäufe dann in Albenga zu erledigen. Restaurant um die Ecke recht gut. Einer der schönsten Sandstrände der Riviera in Laiguelia in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hinterland ist super.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten auf einer Terrasse, Liegestühle kann man ebenfalls in den kleinen Garten stellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Compleet ingericht huis. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Wandelingen kun je vanaf huis beginnen. Mooie omgeving. Bergen en kust allebei goed bereikbaar. Kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Italienische Gastfreundschaft erleben.

Wir waren sehr begeistert! Gute Lage für unsere Ausflügsziehle, sehr private Atmosphäre wie Zu Hause! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir waren bis zum diesem Zeitpunkt schon 8 mal in Ligurien und haben ni h nie so eine saubere Wohnung vorgefunden! Es fehlt an nichts und ist kaum zu übertreffen! An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Paolo und seine liebe Frau! Wir hatten unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, jeden Tag auf der Sonnenterrasse gefrüstückt (9 bis 17. Oktober).
