This is a luxurious first line beach apartment on the ground floor.
With a terrace from 50 square meters with a nice view of the swimming pool, garden area and the beach.

The gated complex has a lovely swimming pool, a tennis and padel court, garden area and your own underground parking space.

It also offers you direct access to the beach and coastal boardwalk.

The apartment is child friendly, there is a master bedroom and two twin bedrooms with two single beds and two bathrooms.

There is also an extra spare bed, cot and baby chair.

All linen, beach towels and beach towels are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utility room.

The Urbanización is in the heart of La Cala de Mijas, walking distance to all amenities, bars, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous beach apartment

Beautiful beach apartment that's tastefully decorated. Plenty of space, huge terrace with comfy loungers looking out to the beach. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and entertainment.

This location was stunning. Everything about the unit was wonderful, clean, and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable.It is operated by a management company where we had to pick up the keys and drop them off at a different location. Parking is extremely tight and tricky to manage.Highly recommend.

Beautiful La Cala

This is an excellent apartment right on the sea front of La Cala. A perfect location with all the amenities you could need in a secluded area with direct access to the boardwalk and beach. Many great restaurants in walking distance and everything you need for a calm family holiday. So good , in fact, that we will be back next year!!

Perfect location

We’ve visited La Cala annually for many years and stayed in numerous locations and found this to be the best. We’re a group of 5 women (family)and enjoy walks along the broadwalk, the patio offers space for relaxing and dining, even some yoga and the charm of La Cala on the doorstep.
