Exactly as described. Goncalo was responsive, friendly, and made the check-in/out process incredibly smooth. The location is terrific, beach access is directly across the street. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped in the kitchen for cooking, coffee and a welcome snack. A day at the beach, no problem, Goncalo has you covered. Chairs, beach towels, and beach games all there for your convenience. Would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Goncalo for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience

Our small family loved the amazing location and atmosphere of Caparica and the beautiful home. Our hosts were outstanding and responsive to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and am recommending to my friends.

Perfect Location

Great place to stay - apartment was clean and comfortable & owners are wonderful welcoming people. Location is perfect for sunsets, walking along the beach & watching the surfers. The market is close by and plenty of restaurants right there if you prefer to not cook for yourself.

Host was great. Super helpful that he picked us up from the airport and took us to the apartment. I would have been so lost. The apartment was very clean. Was missing a few things - no shampoo or condition or bar soap. No paper towels. No garbage bags. Other than that it was a good stay.

Cancellation one hour before departure

The appartment was booked and one hour before leaving for the airport I received a message from the owner that there are construction works ongoing in the appartment next door. Fortunately he sent me a video of the noise but it meant I had to cancel. It was very difficult to find an alternative on such short notice. Better communication would have avoided this unnecessary trouble.

This was our very first reservation of 2025. We were beyond disappointed when we went to prepare the apartment and realised that the apartment next door was undergoing a renovation that would made the stay of our Guest very uncomfortable. We were never given any information of this renovation by its owner or the building condominium. We take great care in providing our Guests with the best accommodation and experience, which can be attested by the consecutive excellent reviews and Superhost status we have been awarded since we started in 2017. Therefore, we chose to immediately inform Mirja and advised her to arrange for a suitable accommodation, as the perfect conditions were not gathered for her to have the best experience. After this, we immediately cancelled the reservation and provided full refund to Mirja. We hope to have the opportunity to host Mirja in the future and provide her the experience that led her to reserve our apartment in the first place. We are sure Mirja will love it!

Très agréable appartement pour une famille avec enfants. Bien situé en face de l océan. Seul inconvénient, la piscine qui n était pas accessible pour cause de travaux lesquels n étaient pas annoncés lors de ma réservation.

As you can confirm in our messages, on the 4th of April, the same day of your booking request, we answered you: "Hi Daniele, Thank you for your interest in our cosy apartment! We confirm that the apartment is available for the requested dates. Please be informed that, from May 2023 to October 2023, will occur building renovations, interior and exterior of the building. This will not affect our apartment, but will likely cause noises from 8 am to 6 pm and some dirt and dust in the building. These works may affect the use of the swimming pool (this has not been confirmed yet). Please let us know if you confirm the interest in reserving the apartment." And your answer was: "Yes we are still interested to rent the apartment from July 18 to July 27 2023." So, we do not undersatand your comment because we did inform you about the possibility of the swimming pool be closed and you accepted this. Please verify this and, if possible, correct your comment. Bel appartement bien situé

L'appartement est très propre et bien situé, juste la rue à traverser pour aller à la plage. Il est très spacieux et vue sur la mer sur le côté. Pour aller à Lisbonne il vaut mieux éviter les heures de pointe car ça bouchonne fort pour passer sur le pont. Merci à Patricia pour la remise des clés à l'aéroport avec une arrivée tardive.

L'appartement possède toutes les commodités pour se sentir plus que bien en vacances. Y avons séjourné 3 jours QUE DU BONHEUR. Commerces restaurants et plage à proximité. L'appartement est magnifique bien agencé et décoré avec énormément de goût ! La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires et nous la remercions infiniment pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ! Beijos à Patricia et avons hâte de revenir !

The property is in a beautiful location, right on the beach, and is nicely appointed inside. Gonçalo was extremely helpful throughout my stay, always available by text, and even gave me a ride from the airport to the property. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice and modern, comfy beds and great shower! Pool is nice to cool down in after a day surfing on beach! Definitely recommend Costa da Caparica!

Cozy in Caparica

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment and host exceeded my expectations. The host was responsive and very kind. The apartment was bright, airy and more spacious than pics showed. For my family of four, we had just the right amount of space. All amenities that I used were in good working order. The location was ideal for our first beach vacation on Costa da Caparica. It was an easy walk to the delicious food and the sand. Feel confidant with this booking.

Perfect apartment!

We are a family with 5 people (3 teenagers) and have had a very pleasant stay. There is plenty of room and the apartment is very complete and very clean !. The air conditioning is excellent (2 pieces) and make the temp very comfortable. There are few tourists in the complex that we experience as enjoyable. It is always quiet at the beautiful pool and wonderful to cool off. Gonçalo is a very friendly and helpful host, thanks very much for that! A wonderful apartment and location.

The owners were so very helpful with advice before I arrived and offered a very warm welcome. They were available to contact should I have needed them - which I didn't but it was nice to know. The apartment is very well decorated/appointed, all bright and fresh throughout. It is well supplied for all needs.The view over the beach and sea is absolutely lovely, especially as the sun went down.ell supplied for all needs. I particularly liked the beach bike paths and walkway which I used for an hour each day. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Goncalo and Patricia
