With direct stair to the sand of ‘Fuentebravia’ beach, the villa, a refurbished house from the 50’s, that was used as a church, stands out because of its location, in a 700 m2 landscaped plot, with 30m. facing the sea, and positioned 5m above the sand level.

Traditional Andalusian architecture, refurbished by the architect Carlos Pedraza, that has transformed the old house in an exciting open space with the living room and kitchen open to the front porch and to the Atlantic. The bedrooms are located in the ancillary building and in the tower.

The floor finish of the house and the porch is a continuous polished concrete, all the walls and partitions are white like the exposed timber structure. All the external windows and doors are also white, and all the windows are high performance, thermally and acoustically, and typical wood shutters.

The porch, positioned between the living are and the beach, shaded by a traditional Andalusian timber structure, is 40m2 and has different external lounge furniture, a large table, external lighting, candles, video projector and screen [outdoor cinema, only summer].

The house is organised in 3 different volumes: the large house [lobby, that give access to the tower upper level, bathroom, open plan living and kitchen and laundry] connected through a glazed runaway to the night time area [bathroom, two bedrooms in ground floor) and a mezzanine level with a third bedroom and the main bedroom overlooking the sea through a large glass] The third volume is independent and located in the east area, shaded by a ‘melisa’ tree with a bedroom and bathroom in ground floor and an additional bedroom in a mezzanine level, all open and overlooking the sea.

We are always available to answer any questions by phone. We live in Seville, but a marriage of El Puerto is in charge of attending our guests and resolve any incidents that may arise in person.

This bright and open city, enhanced by the beauty of its center declared Historic Site, is located at the mouth of the Guadalete. The valuable archaeological remains found in the town of Doña Blanca (AD X-III BC), demonstrate its antiquity. The Port is known universally for being the birthplace of Rafael Alberti, one of the central figures of the Generation of 27 that made it possible for Spanish literature to speak of a new Golden Age.

Fuentebravía is well communicated with the city center, with public bus lines with ample hours. There is a bike path that runs to El Puerto de Santa María, along the coast.
