Magnificent Villa, on the beach, bright, with large open spaces, stunning views of the Bay of Cádiz that transmits peace and serenity, spectacular sunsets. With direct staircase of private access to the sand of the beach of Fuentebravía.
La Villa, an old house from the 50s rehabilitated with an exciting project of contemporary architecture, was used as a church, noted for its location, on a landscaped plot of 700 m2, with 30 m of sea frontage.
Accommodation
Five meters high on the sand of the beach of Fuentebravía, it is a building of traditional Andalusian architecture, recently restored by the architect Carlos Pedraza, with a contemporary project that has turned the original house into a serene and white unique space of living room and kitchen open to the porch with the entire Atlantic ahead, reserving the location of the bedrooms to the annexes and the tower that gives its name to the house.
The floor of the whole house and porch, is resolved with a fresh slab of polished concrete, all white walls and the deck structure of wooden beams. All exterior carpentry are made of white wood and all windows have thermo-acoustic glazing and closures with traditional wooden shutters.
The porch, between the living room and the beach, with a traditional structure of wooden poles, under the shade of a hurdle, has 40 m2 and is equipped with outdoor sofas, large table and armchairs in teak wood, exterior lighting, candles , exterior sound equipment [Sonos + Spotify Premium], video projector and drop-down screen [summer cinema]. On the side porch, integrated barbecue, refrigerator, beer tap and professional football.

The property is organized in three independent bodies: the big house [lobby, from which the tower is raised, bathroom, living room, open kitchen and laundry room] connected by a glass walkway to the night area [bathroom, two bedrooms in low and a mezzanine with third bedroom, the master bedroom opens with a large window to the sea]. With great independence, in the east area of the garden with a large melissa that gives shade, is the third space, with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom in mezzanine, all open and glazed to the sea.
