FINCA SAN AMBROSIO - LA CASITA
This sunny, charming 1th floor Apartment for 2 people (additional bed or cot can be provided) is situated in the garden of Finca San Ambrosio, reached by exterior stairs, with access to a community pool, a large garden, barbecue and garden terrace with garden furniture.
Morning and afternoon sun and far reaching views over the garden and the opposite hills, both from the apartment and from the large terrace.
Bedroom (with very good, extra length beds) and shower room are under a diagonal roof.
The living area contains a well equipped kitchen with 4-flames-cooker, oven, fridge with cooler, dishwasher, dining place and comfortable rattan armchairs.
From the living room a double wing terrace door leads to the large private terrace with garden furniture for outdoor dining and teak sunbeds with cushions.

There is WiFi for your emails and Internet research (not for downloads of films, music or other large data volume.

The bedroom has got two large beds (0,90x2,00 m) with very good mattresses (put together), bedlinen and blankets from natural materials (cotton/wool), bedside tables with lamps, desk, built-in wardrobe.

Accueil, propreté, beauté du site, piscine superbe, appartement très agréable avec une magnifique terrasse, nous recommandons vivement ce lieu ! Merci à Gabriele pour les attentions culinaires à notre arrivée (vin, eau, café, fruits, lait, etc ...) tout y était ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce petit coin de paradis dans une ambiance nature à proximité de superbes plages

Schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Finca.

Beste Betreuung durch den freundlichen Diego, der immer sofort da war wenn man ihn brauchte. Da wir am Sonntag anreisten und Supermärkte geschlossen waren freuten uns über die reichliche Bereitstellung von Esssen und trinken. In unserer Wohnung waren die ersten heißen Nächte nur mit dem bereitgestellten Ventilator erträglich.

Wunderbar

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, ein toller und gepflegter Pool. Man wohnt wunderbar abgelegen und ruhig und ist doch sehr schnell in Vejer, Conil oder am Strand. Man hört Pferde, Kühe, Hunde, Hühner und sogar einen Pfau! Entspannter kann Urlaub nicht sein ;-) Wir werden irgendwann wiederkehren, danke nochmal! :-)

Eine Finca an einem verwunschenen Ort

Idyllisches Feriendomizil mit üppiger Vegetation. Die Gäste werden bereits mit den ersten notwendigen Lebensmitteln empfangen, da die Finca etwas abseits und vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt ist. Auto ist absolut erforderlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Phantastisch erholsam

Herrliches Anwesen mit wunderschönem Garten. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hatten gute Tips wo man gut essen gehen kann. Auch die Strände sind zu dieser Zeit noch herrlich leer und man kann stundenlange Strandspaziergänge machen und anschliessend leckere Tapas essen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und ganz sicher länger als eine Woche.

Oase in Andalusien

Wir waren nun auch im Winter auf dieser tollen Finca : Herrlichstes Frühlingsambiente, lange Strandspaziergänge und gemütliche Abende vor dem offenen Kamin. Nach zahlreichen Aufenthalten im Sommer und Herbst habe wir dieses Mal die Reise im Januar gewagt und sind wieder voll überzeugt: Natur pur, wunderschöne Plätze auf dem Areal und in der Umgebung. Ruhe und Erlebnis - wie man es gerade möchte. Das Patio lässt in Größe und Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen, viel Platz für gemeinsame und individuelle Stunden. Vor allem die Kochmöglichkeiten in der "Profi-Küche" hat manchen Restaurantbesuch überflüssig gemacht. Alles in allem: Im Herbst sind wir auf jeden Fall wieder da!

Tolles Appartement in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Patio ist das größte Appartement auf der wunderschönen Finca San Ambrosio, die wir seit (sehr) vielen Jahren regelmäßig besuchen. Die Finca steht in einem alten Orangenhain (ernten erlaubt und empfohlen - die Orangen geben einen sehr leckeren Saft!), das Gelände wird durch imposante Eukalyptusbäume begrenzt. Das Patio-Appartement bietet auf mehr als 200 qm Platz für 6 Menschen. Damit ist es nicht nur familientauglich, sondern eignet sich auch bspw. für befreundete Paare, da es mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem zusätzlichen Gäste-WC und dem einfach wunderschönen großen Wohn- und Essbereich viel Raum für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und zugleich Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Ich koche gerne und ab und an reise ich in Gesellschaft von Menschen, die dieses Hobby teilen. Das Patio-Appartement ist ein idealer Ort, um dieses Hobby gemeinsam zu praktizieren. Die Küche ist (wie in allen anderen Appartements) hervorragend ausgestattet. Im Patio gibt es einen Profi-Herd mit 6 Flammen (und Ofen) und vor allem unglaublich viel Platz, um problemlos zu sechst in der Küche zu stehen und gemeinsam das Essen vorzubereiten - toll! In dem großen Wohn-/Essbereich gibt es einen wunderschönen Kamin, den man beheizen kann - insbesondere im Winter, wenn es relativ früh dunkel wird, erzeugt der beheizte Kamin eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Das Patio hat eine große, windgeschützte Terasse - ich habe auch das Patio schon zu unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten bewohnt und selbst an Neujahrstagen zum Frühstück draussen im T-Shirt gesessen. Der Pool auf dem Gelände hat eine Größe, die tatsächlich Schwimmen ermöglicht. Er wird allmorgendlich von allem Hereingefallenen befreit und lädt mich so schon vor dem Frühstück zu einem Sprung ins Wasser ein. Es gibt durchaus Tage, an denen der Pool die einzige Möglichkeit bietet, ein wenig zu schwimmen - am Atlantik ist die Brandung manchmal so stark, dass man mit Wellen spielen, aber nicht mehr wirklich schwimmen kann. Wir haben das Patio-Appartement stets in sauberem und gepflegtem Zustand vorgefunden, sind von den Vermietern bzw. ihren Mitarbeitern jederzeit gut und zuvorkommend betreut worden und können das Patio (wie auch alle anderen Appartements der Finca San Ambrosio) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Besonderer Ort

Ein besonderer Ort in tollem Ambiente! Nah am Strand und nah an Vejer, sehr sehr nette Vermieter und ein schönes Gelände mit Pool und Terassen. Küchenausstattung für Kochfreunde sehr gut!

Why they chose this property

The Finca is set amongst fruit orchards and pasture in the green south of Andalusia, Province of Cadiz, between Vejer de la Frontera and Zahora, in beautiful landscape and only about 10 minutes by car from the wide golden beaches of the Costa de la Luz.

Situated in front of the nature park 'La Breña' with its pine forest, and surrounded by wide meadows with horses, cows, and goats, by fruit orchards and some farms and private houses, Finca San Ambrosio is a green oasis - birds twittering, the wind rustling in the Eucalyptus trees, the murmur of the stream...

It seems to be far away from it all, but in a ten minutes drive you can reach the 'White Village' Vejer de la Frontera. There you can enjoy the lovely white Moorish architecture, enchanted places with bars and cafes and spectacular views into the enchanting landscape. The lively seaports of Conil and Barbate with fish markets, restaurants, beach bars are also nearby, and of course the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz..

The main house of the Finca, a large Andalusian style Cortijo, is divided into 3 spacious apartments for 4-7 pax, the garden house into 2 smaller apartments (2-3 pax each), all with private terraces and separate entrances. Each apartment is equipped to a high standard.

A path through natural gardens leads to a pool (12x6 m) with terraces, sun beds and outside shower, a shaded upper terrace with garden furniture and a separate barbecue with al fresco dining place.

All apartments of Finca San Ambrosio can be rented separately, but the Finca is also very suitable for a large group or family, for holidays and celebrations. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with its large romantic gardens, and a lot of space to stay together or be on one’s own. 7 comfortable apartments accommodate up to 24 people.
