Villa AROLITHOS is built on three levels, in a total area of 190 m2.

The first level consists of an independent and fully equipped kitchen with storage, a large living room with covered veranda and a slightly elevated smaller living room with fireplace and a terrace.

The second level consists of one bedroom with a built-in wardrobe with a large balcony and a W.C.

On the third floor there is a master bedroom with wardrobe and its own balcony, two bedrooms with a wardrobe in each room and a single balcony.

The villa also features:

We can arrange your transfer from Heraklion International Airport Nikos Kazantzakis, upon request (extra charge).

The villa is built on a plot of 4 acres so there is a large garden with trees and fruits, barbecue, covered garage for two cars and unlimited parking for extra cars.

The view around the villa, the Mirabello bay, the city, the harbor, the Agioi Pantes island and the Sitia mountains is fantastic.

A beautiful Villa

We spent two weeks at Villa Arolithos; it' s really beautiful, it has every comfort and everything is new and clan Giorgos' family is very very kind. It was a pleasure for us to spend our time with them at the Villa!
