The apartment is located in the noble neighborhood of San Vicente, just 5 minutes from the pedestrian area where the main monuments of the city are concentrated. It is a spacious, functional and comfortable apartment. It has a large living room, kitchen with American bar equipped with refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and microwave, electric cooker and oven. It has a large bedroom with two closets and has access to a cozy private patio.
The house is heated and has extra sheets, towels, pillows and blankets.
The accommodation is non-smoking, however, since the apartment has a patio, guests who wish can smoke in it. Please do not smoke inside the house and pick up the butts before you leave.

Buen apartamento

Buenas indicaciones del dueño y bien suministrados para la entrada al apartamento. Falta un poco de limpieza ya que hemos encontrado bastantes hormigas y telarañas por algunas zonas de la casa pero por lo demás bastante bien en general.
