Det Àr ocksÄ nÀra till restauranger, tapasbarer, snabbköp, lokala butiker och bussar. Det finns en terrass pÄ toppen. Offentliga garage ca 5 minuters promenad. Den har ett sovrum med dubbelsÀng (150 cm), och ett sovrum med 2 enkelsÀngar (en av dem Àr att dra "ut och lyft"), samt ett vardagsrum med soffa, 2 fÄtöljer och matbord för 4 personer . Köket Àr fullt utrustat och det finns ett badrum med badkar och dusch. Det gÄr inte att anvÀnda öppna spisen,

Excellent apartment in the center

Very comfortable and clean apartment in the best quiet area of the center. The host made sure our stay is comfortable. Would definitely stay again, 10/10.

Authentic Spanish experience

I would recommend for anyone seeking an authentic Spanish experience in the heart of Seville. Very close to all the major sites, quite place, clean and simple.

Beautiful Seville

We had a truly wonderful stay in Seville , thanks to the amazing hospitality of Maria and her place. From the moment we arrived Maria was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations .Her place is not only clean and comfortable ,but also ideally located , just a short walks to historic sites ,cafes,tapas bars and restaurants .Thank you , Maria, for making our visit so memorable.

L'hĂŽte Ă©tait trĂšs gentille; mais les voisins hyper bruyants une bonne partie de la nuit, les portes qui claquent sans cesse, la porte d'entrĂ©e en bas idem sans arrĂȘt. Parlent tout fort dans les couloirs et devant notre porte d'entrĂ©e Ă  2h30 du matin. A 5h du matin ça recommencait avec ceux qui partaient. Des va et vient incessants en courant dans les escaliers et comme il n' y a pas d'isolation phonique....Il y a un peu d'entretien Ă  faire dans l'appartement, la machine Ă  laver Ă  rĂ©parer, le robinet salle de bains, le canapĂ© qui s'enfonce quand on s'assoit. Autrement il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, sel, poivre, tisane, etc...

Everything was excellent. The location is the best. Right in the heart of old Seville, walking distance to all caffùs and restaurants but far enough so you don’t hear the noise. Maria is an excellent host. I recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sevilla, das Appartement liegt super, alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Maria hat ein paar Tipps gegeben, Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles da, sogar ein kleiner Balkon, KĂŒche gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage, alles bestens und zu empfehlen.

Great location and very helpful host

This apartment is in a very good location, close to the centre, but quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the centre and all the major sites.Maria was a delight and very helpful, allowing us to check in early and leave our cases to late afternoon. She helped with questions and offered advice as to where to go. She was kind and trustworthy.The apartment was warm enough for us in the evening, but make sure you have warm clothes if you visit in the winter months. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The only reason we haven't given it 5 stars is that it's just a bit tired and could do with some modernisation, but for value for money, this is a great place to stay and we would highly recommend, this charming place to stay.

A very good appartment in the center of Sevilla

Wij hebben een week verbleven in dit appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Volledig ingerichte keuken, goede bedden, handdoeken etc. Het is op de eerste verdieping maar met een makkelijke trap. Het voelt als thuis. Maar de absolute bonus is de ligging. In het oude centrum van Sevilla. Alle bezienswaardigheden, winkels, restaurants. Allemaal op loopafstand. Wij gaan zeker terug. En een supervriendelijke verhuurster!! We stayed in the appartment for a week. Everything you need is there. Fully equipped kitchen, good beds, towels etc. It’s on the first floor, with an easy stairs. It feels like your home. But the absolute bonus is it’s location in the old centre of Seville. All the highlights , shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. We will certainly go back. Superfriendly host.

Perfect place

Maria welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions about recommended restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped so we bought a few groceries and had most meals in the apartment. Finding our way using Google maps was sometimes a challenge but still were able to walk to most of the main attractions. We recommend.

TrÚs bien situé

Bel appartement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© pour tout faire Ă  pied. Il y a deux chambres, ce qui est pratique. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, nous avons cuisinĂ© deux soirs. Les voisins sont trĂšs bruyants le soir donc, si vous ĂȘtes des couche tĂŽt, je ne recommande pas. Le bruit arrĂȘte vers minuit. Par contre, tout le reste est bien. Le bain est vieux et mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre remplacĂ©, mais pour une douche, c’est ok. Si vous en avez la possibilitĂ©: apportez vos oreillers! Ce qui est fourni est un coussin double trĂšs plat.

Spacious apartment in great location

Maria met us at the apartment and gave us helpful information about the apartment and nearby attractions. We were within easy walking distance of the Sevilla cathedral, Royal Alcazar as well as good restaurants.

Maria was a very nice lady and easy to deal with. The apartment has everything that you could need. It was a bit hard to find and then you needto find parking. Lots of things are within walking distance.
