The apartment was very nice and didn'thave any issues. The only downside is it backs up to a few restaurants and the employees take their breaks in the courtyard

It was our third time to Edinburgh and we love staying in Grassmarket. This apartment is located inside Edmonstone’s Close which steps away from all the excitement the area has to offer but is so quite inside! This unit itself is very spacious, beautiful inside, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, good size TV and comfortable couch to relax after a long day out. It has everything you will need for your stay. We spent 8 nights and loved every minute. WiFi can be on the slower side at times but that can be said at most places. If you goal when booking in Edinburgh is location, a good night’s sleep and a fabulous overall apartment..……this is the place!

Fantastic apartment,very clean and well appointed, in a brilliant location only 5 minutes walk from the Castle, although it’s right in the centre of Old Town it’s also far enough from the street to feel really safe and secure, with a minimum of noise,We would highly recommend!!!

You cannot beat the location of this property. We stayed here for 5 nights in early June. We walked to each and every site we wanted to see with ease! From the Walk of Leith, to Calton Hill, Royal Mile, Castle all within minutes. The abundance of restaurants is astounding.

Excellent Location

Charming, clean, comfortable in the heart of Edinburgh. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Only cooked breakfasts, but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, used the washer/dryer and this was good too!

Amazing location!

We were provided very detailed information and directions. This is a quick walk from the train station and excellent location at the bottom of Victoria Street. The apartment is very clean, with a very comfy bed. The wifi is very spotty, which is the only downside.

Great Time

Great location in the GrassMarket. Near good food, easy to get a taxi, very central location. Easy to get to the meeting points for our tours. Apartment had all the necessities. Would recommend to everyone. Property manager stayed in touch all during our stay.

Fantastic location

We couldn’t have picked a better vacation rental. It had all the space we needed, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We are walkers, but from this location we explored Dean Village and the walk along the Leith, walked up and down the Royal Mile, and hiked (almost) to the top of Arthur’s Seat. The Grassmarket area was full of history, pubs, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe in the well-appointed apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Literary location

Want to stay at the corner of Robert Burns and Harry Potter? This is the place!The apartment is comfortable and spacious, located in a "close" (a private courtyard) right in the center of everything, at the foot of Victoria Street (inspiration for Diagon Alley) and Grassmarket (of Burns's famous White Hart Pub). Hopping neighborhood, but the highly private entrance keeps it nice and quiet at night.

Great location. Roomy apt. Comfortable bed. Washer and dryer big plus! My issues were they only gave us 2 bath towels for a 13 day stay?? For ladies the lighting was awful in the living area. Needs a big light over table. We couldn't even play cards. Other thing is the directions for the shower were not clear so after a long flight I couldn't shower. Notified host and he didn't come until late the following day. In fact they were very slow to respond if at all for questions. Nice place

Great location close to hop inn hop off buses. Apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. Host had great binder with information about amenities of flat and things to do in surrounding area. That was very much appreciated. Thanks!

The location on the grassmarket was phenomenal. Best location ever. Host instructions very good. I selected this specific apartment because of location and it had a king bed - which it does not. It has a queen bed - very disappointing. It was a long week with little sleep. Also, the shower is terrible. Little to no water. If you are just looking for a great location with not a lot of amenities - this is perfect for you.

Scotland wedding anniversary !! Magical experience

Location is stellar! Could not ask for better. The courtyard is shared with a few restaurant operations and sometimes got noisy with glass and metalware clanging. We did lose power several times (some very lengthy) during our 11 day stay. Management reported to utility services for repair promptly.
