Renovated in 2017, this beautiful chalet by the sea welcomes 5-6 people in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Majorca.
Spend an unforgettable beach holiday in this beautiful house located in a spectacular setting. Outside you can enjoy the sea breeze in the wonderful relaxation area on the terrace, having a cocktail at sunset. An outdoor dining table will allow you to enjoy the views while you have lunch or dinner, or prepare a fantastic barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the garden area where the children can play outdoors. The house is located in a quiet and residential area with neighbours around.

The house of 90 m2 is distributed in a single floor and has a Mediterranean style, bright and refreshing, ideal to disconnect for a few days. The living-dining room has two comfortable sofas from where you can watch TV (national channels). The dining area can seat up to 6 people and has sea views. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and the basic elements for holiday cooking. A bathroom with shower serves the house. Next are the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. It is worth noting that this bedroom has no window, but next to it is the en-suite bathroom which has a window with beautiful views of the garden and the sea, so that natural light enters the room. The second bedroom has another double bed, sea views as well as a built-in wardrobe and the last bedroom has a trundle bed and a chest of drawers and the window looks out over the side of the plot. All bedrooms have a fan for cooling. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are at your disposal. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the village of Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet village with basic services, ideal for a family holiday. The beach is sandy and rocky, very shallow and shallow, mainly visited by local families and tourists. You can visit Can Picafort where you will find a wide range of leisure activities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A little further Alcudia and its wall and fantastic coves such as Mal Pas and Alcanada.

Ruhige, freundliche Atmosphäre in schöner Umgebung

Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer. Fußläufig Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Uns hat alles gefallen, vor allem die Unterstützung der Vermieter. Sie sind extra aus Palma gekommen und haben uns warme Decken gebracht. Der Nachbar hat uns geholfen die Schlafzimmertür zu öffnen, die klemmt ziemlich. Vielen Dank.

Leider sehr schlechte Ausstattung

Grundsätzlich nette Finca, direkt am Meer. Man könnte sehr viel daraus machen, aber offensichtlich liegt dem Eigentümer nicht daran, dass man wieder kommt. Die Ausstattung lässt nämlich schon sehr zu wünschen übrig. Zunächst fanden wir einen sehr sehr sehr langsam ablaufenden Abfluss in der en-suite Dusche vor, der laut Homerti (vor Ort Betreuung) nicht verstopft sei, sondern aufgrund seiner Bauweise so sei. Tatsächlich stand man beim duschen bis zum Rand im Wasser und man konnte immer nur kurz das Wasser anschalten, damit es nicht zum Überlauf kommt. Die Küche besteht aus offensichtlich von früheren Besuchern dagelassenem Billig-Geschirr und Besteck und zusammengewürfelten Utensilien. Teilweise gibt es nicht genügend Gläser für 4 Personen (obwohl die Finca für 6 Personen sein soll). Wir haben auch leider jegliches Putzzeug wie Lappen, Schwamm und Spülmittel selbst kaufen müssen, das hat man dann doch von den Vorgängern entfernt. Es gibt genau einen kleinen Sonnenschirm, nicht im besten Zustand, keinen Baum zur Beschattung und daher ist es tagsüber auf der Veranda nicht wirklich auszuhalten. Gleichermaßen heizt sich die Finca innen extrem auf und die Ventilatoren bringen nur wenig Erleichterung. (Mein Learning - ab jetzt nur Häuser mit Klimaanlage). Es gibt auch nur zwei Sonnenliegen und es steht zwar in der Beschreibung, aber das Foto trügt, die Aussicht hat man nicht, da die Terasse des anliegenden Hauses nicht genutzt werden darf. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier leider nicht.
