This stay was perfect for us! The apartment was warm, welcoming, and everything we needed was well-stocked. Laundry is in-suite, the kitchen comes with plenty of glassware, cutlery, etc, and the host is lovely.Definitely recommend!

I welcome Vanessa and her three friends to my Gîte Le Bercy. During their stay I almost did not hear them, even though they were four young adults. Communication was very easy. Vanessa had no references on VRBO, but I chose to trust her and host her, and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend that all hosts welcome Vanessa and her friends, who are respectful of others as well as of the place they live in. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

We've stayed in several different Vrbo rentals, and this was BY FAR the cleanest, most impressively organized, and charming place we've been! The neighborhood is great - very authentic and vibrant, and quite French. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bakeries and parks. Montreal is a great city to visit! Definitely go to the Botanical Gardens and the Old City.

I had the pleasure to welcome Nancy and her husband to my Gîte Le Bercy. I often welcome tourists who leave the apartment almost impeccable. But for the first time, since the opening of my gîte in 2017, I must say that I cleaned out of principle only. I could have settled for just washing the sheets and towels. I highly recommend that all hosts welcome these very discrete people, who are respectful of others as well as of the place they live in. Finally, I will be very happy to offer hospitality again to this charming couple.

Lovely place that is accurately described in the listing. My family of 4 enjoyed staying here, the neighborhood is great. Parking was a mild challenge but the host helped us understand the rules and was easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Any more than 5 would be a real challenge in the upstairs area.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time in Montreal and the pinnacle of the stay was the lodgings. The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed. It was comfortable and relaxing to spend time there. I had the pleasure of welcoming Jessica and her mom to the Gîte Le Bercy. Upon their arrival, we exchanged a few words. Jessica is both warm and reserved, making communication easy. During their stay, I hardly heard them. On the eve of their departure, Jessica even volunteered to do some laundry. But I replied that it was my job, as included in the rental agreement. When they left, the apartment was so clean and well-organized. All hosts dream of welcoming such charming people, who are both very respectful of others and of the place they inhabit. I had the pleasure of welcoming the family of Madame Maureen to the Gîte Le Bercy. During the stay of the family there was a power failure at 8 o'clock in the morning, while the day looked very hot. The failure was caused by the maintenance of the electrical network. Of course I wanted to compensate Mrs. Maureen for the inconvenience that occurred at breakfast time. But the family nobly refused the amount of money that I considered justified. I was very pleasantly surprised. Upon his departure the family of Mrs. Maureen left the apartment very clean and in perfect condition. I recommend to all host this beautiful little family. Best home away from home experience

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was fantastic. It was so close to the Metro, grocery store, and a fantastic bakery that was across the street from the Metro. The apartment was beautiful with the most amazing interior decorating. Everything there was high quality and well planned and thoughtful. The bathroom was stunning. I appreciated having a large amt of towels and a really nice washer and dryer. Everything was very clean. The host Marie-Anne was helpful and kind and always available. I will stay here on our next trip to Montreal and highly recommend this apartment.

I liked to welcome the Smith family to Gîte Le Bercy. It's warm to hear that my efforts are paying off. They were delighted by their trip to Montreal as well as by the amenities of Le Bercy. I had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs Christina, her husband and her sister in law at my Gîte Le Bercy. They are very charming and discreet people. We had the opportunity to share a few words, which I appreciate so much. When they left they did the dishes and left the place very clean. At all time I will be happy to offer them hospitality again. In addition, I recommend to all host to welcome them with open arms. Marie-Anne Jean J’ai eu le plaisir d’accueillir à mon Gîte Le Bercy Madame Christina, son conjoint ainsi que sa belle-sœur. Ce sont des personnes très charmantes et discrètes. À leur arrivée nous avons eu l’occasion d’échanger quelques mots, ce que j’apprécie toujours beaucoup. À leur départ ils ont fait la vaisselle et laissé l’appartement très propre. En tout temps il me fera grand plaisir de leur offrir à nouveau l’hospitalité. De plus, je recommande à tous les hôtes de les accueillir à bras ouverts.

Clean, well appointed and good location

Travelling with two teens and this property had enough room for all of us. It was quiet at night and the air conditioning and fans kept us cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated how clean the property was.

I had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs. Laura and her family to my bed and breakfast. During their stay, I almost did not hear them despite the fact that there were two teens. When they left, the apartment was clean and tidy. I highly recommend to all hosts to offer hospitality to these charming people, who are very respectful of others as well as of the place where they live. Lovely spot, close to the Metro

We enjoyed our stay at Sainte-Marie very much. The location was perfect for catching the Metro or for walking to restaurants in the neighborhood. Outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the beautiful gardens was a bonus. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and sitting area are well designed for hanging out. We loved the spot and will stay again when we return to Montreal!

Beautiful Home

The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all kitchen essentials. The host is very friendly and accomodating. We would recommend this apartment for couples and small families.

The PERFECT Place in Montreal

My friends and I came here for Montréal Pride and found this place to be quite perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the outside spaces were relaxing, and the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s also very close to the metro so we were anywhere in the city within 10/15 mins. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. And a big grocery store is a block away! I highly recommend you stay here- we will definitely be returning!

A Gem!

This rental is a gem - we cannot give praise enough for this condo - its design, cleanliness and attributes are beyond fabulous. Our host was so accommodating and was so nice. Cant wait to stay again as this will be our second home!!

Great location, super clean.

Marie Anne was responsive to our questions, worked quickly to fix a problem. We could get everywhere on the metro. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we could need.

Phenomenal stay at a perfectly located beautiful home in Montreal!

We were so thrilled with our stay! Everything was beautiful at the apartment and it was perfectly located. I cannot say enough about how great the apartment was. Marie-Anne was the most wonderful host! So warm and friendly with an absolute dedication to making her guests feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be back. In fact we hated to leave.

Angela and Scott are very nice person and it has been a real pleasure to welcome them at Le Bercy. They were both discreet and respectful of the place. Let me also say that they are very conciliatory person. During their stay there was a problem with Netflix. Not only they informed me kindly but they fixed it. In short, Angela and Scott are people that all hosts dream of welcoming. Finally allow me to say that there will no longer be any problem with NETFLIX because I made a direct connection of the router to the computer in the lounge of Le Bercy in case the WI-FI crashes in my absence. I started Gîte Le Bercy because of its location near downtown Montreal and its tourist attractions. The apartment is in a residential & safe neighborhood. All city amenities are within a block: metro Frontenac (public transit), National Bank of Canada, grocery store, fast-food & restaurants, training center –including a free swimming pool without ID–, a playground, a tennis court, etc. From Gîte Le Bercy, heading West, in 15 min by metro you cross Gay Village, Latin Quarter, Place des spectacles, Place des Arts, Old Montreal, under city, Museums, etc. And about 15 min by metro, to the East, you are at Olympic Stadium, Botanical Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, etc.
If you arrive at Montreal-Trudeau Airport, you can take a taxi to Gîte Le Bercy at a max cost of CA$ 90. Or you can take the 747-bus shuttle that take you to Berri-UQÀM subway station. From there you take a taxi to arrive in 12 min at destination, at a cost of CA$ 30.

J'ai démarré Gîte Le Bercy à cause de son emplacement à proximité du centre-ville et des attraits touristiques. L'appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel sécuritaire, à 5 min de marche du métro Frontenac, de la Banque Nationale, d’une épicerie, d’une pharmacie, de restaurants et de fast-food, d’un centre d’entraînement –incluant une piscine gratuite sans ID–, d’un terrain de tennis, etc. À partir du Gîte Le Bercy, en direction ouest, en 15 min en métro vous traversez le Village gai, le Quartier latin, le Quartier des spectacles, la Place des Arts, le Vieux-Montréal, la cité souterraine, des musées, etc. À l'est, en 15 min en métro vous arrivez au Stade Olympique, au Jardin botanique, au Biodôme, au Planétarium, etc. À votre arrivée à l’aéroport Montréal-Trudeau, vous pouvez prendre un taxi en direction de l'appartement, au coût max de 90$ CA. Vous pouvez aussi prendre une navette (autobus 747) qui vous conduira à la station de métro Berri-UQÀM. De là vous prenez un taxi, au coût max de 30$ CA, et en 12 minutes vous arrivez à destination

For your stay at Gîte Le Bercy, all you need is your suitcases & possibly get your groceries. On your arrival, you can quench your thirst with water, coffee or tea, and relax on one of the 2 balconies. My guesthouse is furnished with recent appliances, & the kitchen is well equipped. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer, laundry soap, tissues, paper towels and toilet paper are provided for free. The apartment is also equipped with Baby Playard, highchair & stroller; all this to make you feel at home. The apartment has captured the essence of French-Canadian culture to guarantee a change of scenery. My tourist accommodation establishment is certified by the Quebec Ministry of Tourism (no. 295803). As for your safety, there are windows in every room except in the bathroom. There is an exit at the front (internal stair) & an exit at the rear (staircase outside). Finally, I live on the ground floor – discreetly – & if there is a problem I will solve it immediately so that your stay remains unforgettable.

Pour votre séjour au Gîte Le Bercy, vous n’avez qu’à apporter vos valises et à faire votre épicerie. En arrivant vous pouvez vous désaltérer avec de l’eau, du café ou du thé, et relaxer sur un des 2 balcons. Les électroménagers sont récents, et la cuisine est bien équipée. Les serviettes, les draps, un séchoir à cheveux, le savon à lessive, les papiers-mouchoirs, les essuie-tout et le papier hygiénique sont fournis gratuitement. Il y a aussi un parc d’enfant, une chaise haute et une poussette; tout cela afin que vous soyez comme à la maison. Mon gîte est certifié par le ministère du Tourisme du Québec. Pour votre sécurité, il y a des fenêtres dans chacune des pièces, sauf dans la salle de bain. Il y a une sortie à l’avant (escalier intérieur) et une sortie à l’arrière (escalier extérieur). Finalement, j’habite au rez-de-chaussée –en toute discrétion–, et s’il survient un problème soyez assuré que je vais le solutionner sur le champ, afin que votre séjour demeure inoubliable
