Dear Allison, I am flummoxed by how misleading and delusive your review of my listing is. I would like to start by addressing your first issue: absolutely ALL my mattresses are queen sized. I've been hosting this property for 4 years with over 54 reviews, not a single time has anybody ever reported that my mattress sizes were wrong. I hand picked every mattress and ascertained they were queens. Next, my listing clearly advertises 6 queen beds and 1 double sofa bed. The couch you are referring to in your review is not advertised as a sleeping arrangement, rather a simple couch on which one can sleep. This is why when you contacted me about this I offered a complimentary inflatable mattress for you to be happy. Your reservation was for 10 people, I interpreted this as 5 couples using 5 bedrooms. You did not specify prior to your arrival the arrangements you needed. If you had at least asked, I would have pointed you to where the extra sheets were. I have plenty of extra sheets on the property! Your parking comment is completely out of line. My listing advertises only 1 parking behind the house, this is why you couldn't fit a second car. However, my listing also advertises an UNLIMITED amount of free parking right across the street by the water. I'm sure you saw a parking lot when you exited the house. You never contacted me about this as I would have enlightened you. Regarding the oven, I just tested it - IT WORKS! I texted you every day, you never asked about this.
