Superb location

The location is perfect, near favorite locations (Zattere, Campo Santa Margherita, Accademia). Apartment is exactly as shown online and overlooks a pretty and quiet garden. All my friends were happy. The assistance from Karolina was excellent from start to finish. As an example, she magically almost instantaneously resolved a big problem that came up just as our taxi was due to leave via the water entrance on departure. I visit Venice fairly often and am going to prioritize using viewsonvenice in the future.

Highly recommend Views on Venice

We had a wonderful stay in Venice and it was largely attributed to Views on Venice’s outstanding attentiveness. The apartment was much larger and more beautiful than we anticipated and in a prime location. Views on Venice helped with our transportation needs, offered great advice on restaurants and booked an amazing tour for us. I highly recommend them and will certainly book through them again when I return to Venice!

An Exceptional Venetian Experience — Highly Recommended!Our stay at Ca’ Cerchieri Mezzanine was absolutely wonderful! This beautiful, spacious apartment has authentic Venetian charm, rustic elegance, lovely antiques, gorgeous garden views, and a peaceful atmosphere. More than enough room for three adults! The living room was delightful, with a great TV, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee, tea, and everything we needed.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Martha, Sara, Annalisa, Carolina, and Felippe.Navigating Venice with heavy luggage can be overwhelming, but the team arranged our water taxis from Marco Polo Airport and later to the train station, making everything seamless.A very special THANK YOU to Sara! She welcomed us at the bridge, helped carry our heavy suitcases upstairs, explained everything patiently, and remained available throughout our stay. At checkout, she arrived promptly at 9:15 AM, personally carried our luggage downstairs, and coordinated our departure. With two of us in our sixties and dealing with bad knees, her kindness was priceless!Beautiful property, exceptional management, and genuinely caring people. Absolutely no complaints!Five stars without hesitation! We wholeheartedly recommend this property and would gladly return!

We loved staying at the apartment in Palazzo Loredan.. It is in the best location - away from the hectic, crowded, touristy sections of Venice, but close enough to walk to San Marco Square. The Apartment is spacious and has a wonderful large and comfortable living room for relaxing in and the dining room is wonderful for enjoying your own home cooked meal. The kitchen is adequate to cook a meal and it’s fun to enjoy the local foods from the market or fresh vegetables from the stand on the way to the market. The Osteria Enoteca Ai Artisti restaurant just at the foot of the bridge to Fondamenta della Toleta is fantastic and not to be missed, but do make a reservation if you are there in high season or on a weekend. The apartment could use some tender loving care as it is appearing a bit used and needs some updating. The water completely went off several times for several minutes two days in a row. We reported it to the management company and it seemed to be resolved the next day. The apartment location, spacious accommodation and the private dock are really great and I would love to stay again for just those features. It would be nice if there were a couple of chairs available to take out to sit on the dock to enjoy a prime view of the Grand Canal for even a few minutes as that is a real treat!

Perfect Location and Respite from the tourists

This apartment was perfect for our traveling family of grandparents, teens and adventurous couple. Easy walks to the Vaporetto and square, as well as comfortable accommodations. We would certainly book here again.

Fabulous apartment

I have never stayed in an apartment in Venice before and this exceeded my expectations, which were quite high. I chose the apartment for its cosiness (January stay), with lower ceilings than many others, and warm wooden floors. The heating was excellent, the living room warm and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again. Nothing

Great location

Location was great. Quiet spot of Venice but can still walk 15 minutes or so to main areas. Also a very large space. Lots of bedrooms and a big living room.

Location is quiet but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. About 20-30 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Easy access to stops for Alilaguna and Vaporetto. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. Very helpful host team! We were very pleased with all the info and support we received!

Incredible

Villa was terrific ! Location is just about the best you could want for Venice - central to pretty much all of the major districts and a good ‘home base’. Property is very spacious, very clean and would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.

What a dreamy palazzo! Just imagining the history of this magical place and the lives of the Loredan family lived inside these walls makes it hard to get out and explore the city. The mezzanine apartment was comfortable, homey and spacious. The location was perfect. Quiet yet close to everything. We will always stay at a Views in Venice location. Thank you Annalisa for making our arrival so effortless.

While it was just a short stay of two nights I cannot say enough amazing things about the property and the hosts. The property is beautiful and has an incredible garden out back. There was ample space for my family of 5. But what made this stay incredible are the people we interacted with. They not only helped with all of our needs but could not be more kind. For any families - especially with younger kids or teenagers - this was a perfect fit and our only regret is we could not have stayed longer.

Quiet Location

This is a great property on the Grand Canal. While there is no canal view, there is a small private dock next to the building. It is very centrally located, but also very quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis and working out logistics. We recommend it very highly.
