2) It is located in one of the best, most fascinating and requested areas of the historic centre of Venice, close to everything but far from the crowds. The area is very quiet and there are no problems getting around even at night. The building, known for its architectural qualities, is very silent. Five habitable balconies available. Breath-taking views of the Giudecca canal, enjoyable from seven windows and also from the waterfront balcony.
3) The vaporetto stop - water bus - is located 25 (twenty-five) meters from the entrance. Direct connection with Piazza San Marco - 5 minutes - Lido with its beaches, car parking and station.
