Beautiful detached Villa with private swimming pool, free WiFi & beautiful view

Beautifully renovated old-style country house with modern comfort. Beautiful unobstructed view over the valley. Perfect for large groups. Consists of a main building with a luxury kitchen with fireplace and a library / salon with fireplace. There is a large veranda at the rear where you can easily dine with a group of 26 people and enjoy the sunset.
There is also a Big Green Egg for enthusiasts.
On the first floor of the main house there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a beautiful master bedroom with open bathroom and free-standing bath. The ground floor has underfloor heating, the kitchen has a very large stove of 120 (smeg) with two large ovens, a bar, quooker, two dishwashers, an American refrigerator with ice maker.
There is also a service room in the main house with an extra fridge, a large washing machine and a dryer.

The outbuilding, directly attached to the main building contains 4 villas, 3 of which have a living room, kitchen & bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor and two large bedrooms on the first floor. Plus 1 large villa that has a passage to the main building. This villa has an open kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub on the ground floor, a master bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor.

All villas have patio doors leading to a private rear terrace with unobstructed views. The front overlooks the attractive courtyard with a beautiful ecological private swimming pool and a beautiful old gate that closes the courtyard.
The annex also has a service room with a large washing machine and dryer for the villas.
There is a large carport with parking on site. There is also a large playing field for the children with football goals. There is also a table tennis table, a table football table and a badminton set. The location is perfectly located near the airport of Bergerac and in the midst of endless breathtaking medieval villages. You can walk beautifully and enjoy nature in and near the Dordogne.

Tailor-made catering can be provided if desired.

The atmospheric courtyard is a perfect location for large parties and parties, weddings and family celebrations.

We had a fantastic holiday at Bellevue and are very keen to return there one day. As other people have said, it is actually even more beautiful than the listing would suggest. We loved the beautifully restored building, done with such care and good taste throughout. Also the different accommodations which meant that everyone was together, but separate when we wanted to be. We loved the pool which is a good size, and also being able to instal ourselves in different parts of the outside area depending on the time of day. The views were gorgeous, it was peaceful, and the air was sweet. It was also really pleasant to eat outside in the shaded area with blinds to give additional shade from the evening sun when it was low but still hot. Jolande and Susan were very helpful and friendly, especially when we were staying there. We would heartily recommend Bellevue for large family groups - or even small ones. It's a beautiful and peaceful gem of a place. Thank you Susan and Jolande.

Just returned from a fabulous week at this stunning property. It was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of space for us to celebrate together, but also each to have a space of their own! Wonderful Family Vacations

Our holiday at Belleuve was very nice. We were a family of 14 people and we all loved it there. The house is large and you can find everything you need in there. Jolande was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and the nature around the house was beautyful. We enjoyed beeing there.

Perfect property and location for large family group

This was our second year at this property, nothing has changed, we still think it perfect. We are a party of six families, each has its own space, yet there is plenty of communal eating space and room for family time. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and simply furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, and we kept the two dish washers pretty busy. The pool is perfect. Everything I wrote last year still applies. Highly recommended.

Great place for family gathering

There were 16 of our family celebrating one of our daughters birthday and it was a fabulous place. Each family had their own unit but we all ate together at lunch(when there) and every evening. We had one very special night when Isabelle cooked us a fabulous meal that suited all ages from 3 to 76. Would highly recommend her for at least one evening. Surprised about charge for sheets but mostly everything was as described. The pool and sunbeds and umbrellas were high class and we all left saying another week would have been great!!

An incredible stay - went above and beyond our expectations

Susan, - thank you for making this a wonderful trip, your place is even better than the picture in real life! Your wonderful mum and Jan were always on hand with any questions and even helped our stranded group to the airport when a taxi didn't turn up. The catering by Isabelle was also superb and so nice to not have to worry about feeding 24 adults each night. The 4 infants also had a great time and couldn't get enough of the pool. To top it off it's such a beautiful area of the country, we look forward to coming back next year! Thank you so very much again

Great space for large groups.Sadly the property is in need of some maintenance. An exterior large shutter fell off as soon as we opened it.A downstairs kitchen door wouldn't shut.A towel rail and blind broke immediately.The Big Green Egg BBQ was unusable.The kitchen wasn't clean and we found moth cocoons on several curtains.There was a 10 euro per person charge for bed linen and towel, which is not mentioned on the Vrbo site. A bit galling as we had to make our own beds on arrival!The pool is lovely and we enjoyed lots of meals at the large table overlooking the fields. There were some beautiful sunsets and wonderful starry skies.

Perfect property and location for large family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, and will definitely be looking to book again in the future. A bit tricky to find initially, you need to follow the provided instructions carefully. We met the host on time who was very welcoming and gave us a quick tour. We are a party of 23 from 6 families, 12 adults and 13 children … all the accommodation is of good size, the house sub rooms are little cramped, and the decor simple, clean and effective. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group and the communal eating spaces brilliant. The pool is a massive asset, big enough to swim in and a perfect distraction for the children … the pool man came twice during our stay to check all was well. The nearest night life and shops are a short drive away but that suits us. We weren’t troubled at all during our stay and everything went according to plan, checkout is what it is. Be reminded that you have to pay visitor tax when the get there … for 23 it’s quite a hit! Highly recommend.

Wonderful house for a big group including young children

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. Sometimes, holidays do not look as good in real life as online, however this place is amazing. The house, the adjoining villas and the outdoor areas are absolutely fantastic! As a large group of 15 adults and 5 small children, all of our needs were met. Communication with Susan about checking in and out was great, she was very responsive and made the logistics very straightforward. The facilities included are excellent. There's indoor and outdoor cooking equipment, so lots of options. We made extensive use of the outdoor dining options and spaces, especially the large group table outside which can comfortably seat 25, overlooking the rolling Dordogne countryside - this was a particular highlight. Regarding the pool, aside from the occasional bit of wildlife in the pool, everything was great! The pool is a great size for swimming, relaxing and even big games of water polo :) The location is very peaceful and tranquil, with the small town of Lalinde a 5 minute drive (or 40 minute walk) away, if you want a change of scenery. There are some very small details that weren't so great, such as the bedrooms getting very warm on hot days, making for some uncomfortable nights. We also had some issues with ants, but I guess it's the price for a rural location. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans cette maison à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. Nous étions 21 et tout était parfait !La maison est exactement comme sur les photos et conforme au descriptif. Elle est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La piscine est vraiment incroyable et a fait l’unanimité.Un grand merci à Jolande, qui est adorable, très réactive et disponible. Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement du début à la fin.Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter !

Paisible et fonctionnelle

Je recommande vivement cette villa, où nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis/famille avec et sans enfants en bas âge. Chaque famille disposait de son propre espace privé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La villa est parfaitement équipée, fonctionnelle et adaptée aux grandes familles. Les hôtes sont réactifs, sympathiques, et les échanges ont été fluides et rassurants. L'endroit est paisible et sécurisé, ce qui renforce le sentiment de bien-être. Les indications fournies sont claires, et nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de l'environnement. Je remercie Jollande pour son accueil. Et je vous incite à aller découvrir cette villa.

Fantastisch verblijf!

Samen met een groep van 20 vrienden verbleven wij een weekje in het prachtige huis van Susan. Iedereen was onder de indruk van deze geweldige villa, over alles is nagedacht - van het dineren met uitzicht op de wijngaarden en een zonsondergang tot voldoende vaatwassers om binnen 10 minuten de hele keuken te kunnen opruimen. De incheck met Anniek was super vriendelijk, we mochten al wat eerder alle boodschappen brengen. En susan heeft enorm mee gedacht in het vormgeven van een geweldig programma. Echt een geweldig huis op een geweldige plek. Een dikke aanrader!

Maison incroyable et tout équipée

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette sublime maison ! Comme beaucoup le disent elle est très très bien équipée, c’est très agréable pour un séjour ! Nous étions 20 amis pour un anniversaire, le calme du lieu est incroyable. Tout est équipé pour les grands groupes, nous avons déjà envie d’y retourner ! Merci à Susan pour nos échanges, elle a été très disponible. Petit bémol avec les toilettes du rdc à cause d’un problème d’humidité assez conséquent qui génère des moucherons et des insectes peu commodes… nous avons condamné ces toilettes pour notre séjour. Des travaux sont prévus fort heureusement. Il est évident que la maison de Susan est le lieu idéal pour les rassemblements familiaux et/ou amicaux. Piscine et espaces extérieurs magnifique : une belle parenthèse inattendue !

Emplacement et équipements de la maison parfaits pour partager des moments de fête familiale.

Séjour du samedi au mardi organisé dans le cadre de cousinades regroupant 18 personnes de 60 à 75 ans bons vivants. Avons pu faire découvrir à ceux qui ne connaissaient pas la région quelques trésors locaux. Bref! Un bon moment de convivialité !

Séjour au top dans cette super villa

La villa est mieux qu'imaginée sur les photos ! Beaucoup d'espace extérieur avec une belle piscine, et également de beaux espace intérieurs. La villa est très bien équipé ce qui rend le séjour très agréable lorsqu'on est un grand groupe. Merci pour l'accueil et à bientôt j'espère.
