Well equipped apartment in a gated complex, located in Nueva Andalucia, 5 minutes from Puerto Banús and all needs. Close to restaurants and the supermarket. Ground floor with direct access to the communal gardens and the fenced pool. 2 bedrooms (capacity 4 people), 1 totally new bathroom, living / dining room and kitchen recently renovated with everything you need, utility room where the washing machine is located, WIFI and cable TV. Outdoor parking area in front of the house. West orientation. Quiet area, recommended for holidays with children.

Tuvimos que limpiar todos los platos y objetos de cocina que utilizamos porque estaban sucios. Tampoco contaba con lavavajillas. Los colchones eran de pésima calidad y estaban hundidos. Bien la ubicación y las zonas comunes.
