Nestled between a forest of black Périgord oaks and a meadow, the house benefits from a soothing setting without vis-à-vis.
It offers you a welcoming capacity on a human scale in peace and conviviality.
Marnac is a classified village of 184 inhabitants in the heart of the Périgord Noir. It is located on the Sarlat (20 mins) / Bergerac (50 mins) axis, 2h20 by direct train from Bordeaux to Saint-Cyprien.
Saint Cyprien, 2 km from the cottage, and Siorac en Périgord, 4 km, offer you all the conveniences ranging from small rural shops to supermarkets, including medical houses and pharmacies, fuel, restaurants, etc.
In summary, everything you will need is less than 5 minutes from Cottage de la Mothe with the added peace.
The icing on the cake, every Sunday, St Cyprien welcomes you throughout the year with its market of local producers.

Our original Dordogne stone holiday house with exposed beams of 133m² offers all modern comforts. It is composed of 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and toilets, a fully equipped oak kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ovens, water softener etc.
You have a private terrace with a wooden garden furniture, a parasol and a WEBER barbecue, a parking inside the property.
