Very nice place to stay!

Maria met us at the house promptly. She was available via text or phone and is local in case of any needs (we had none). The house was very clean and roomy. The walk to the beach took two minutes and the neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. The beach was beautiful. I will be happy to return to Maria's home again. My only suggestion is that there could be a few more dishes (especially glasses) and maybe a blender. But overall, wonderful place to stay in Freeport with proximity to beach and Port Lucaya that can't be beat!

Great vacation Stay in the Grand Bahama Lucaya area

Overall the vacation rental was fantastic. The villa is great. Just like the pictures. The rooms are large and well appointed. The air condition takes some time to kick in into the rooms, but once done it is nice and cool. All the amenities like the kitchen and washing machine were in top condition. TV and wifi were also present and worked beautifully after an initial hiccup from BTC. Location is fantastic. 15 mins from Port Lucaya by foot, 1.5 mile from Solomons and 5 mins from the beach. Maria and her husband Erron (sp?) were great and very helpful!!!! They waited till we were comfortable. Made more than a few dashes back to the house to fix the Internet and the light bulbs. Great advice on the places to go. Arranged a tour discount through their friends and even took us shopping for groceries!!!! Suggestion for the property is to have a starter kit in the kitchen and bathrooms. Washing liquid, shammpoo, Soap etc. Have a grocery delivery service since Solomons is not walking distance. And may be an exterminator just before the visit to keep the bahamanian lizard and millipede away:-) All in all highly recommended vacation home and landlord. Value for money spent.

This house is in a great neighborhood and perfect location for a vacation. You can walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The beach is only two houses away and less than a 3 minute walk.

What makes this property unique

This is a great vacation house for anybody looking to relax and enjoy there time in Freeport. There is no need to rent a car and waste that extra cash because you can walk to all the bars, restaurants and shopping.
