The property manager was very good but the administration processes were confusing and unhelpful making us reluctant to use Cubos again

Hello, we loved the apartment, location was fantastic and central, very quiet property, no noise which was lovely. We had most things we needed to feel right at home, spotless and modern. We could loved to have a kettle and some warmer duvets for the beds as weather cooler in Oct/ Nov but heating system was good.

Location: Very well located next to the beach, a huge amount of possibilities to eat and drink right

Location: Very well located next to the beach, a huge amount of possibilities to eat and drink right after leaving building. There are two quite large grocery stores (Mercadona) in 5 min walking distance if you like to prepare food at the apartment.Apartment: The apartment is clean and quite spacey. Looks like bedroom, furniture in bedroom and bathroom is recently refreshed. Actually there are a two level bed for kids with option to extend to 3 kids. Apartment has a balcony with a sea view and even a fireplace.Amenities: There are plenty of useful staff in apartment - a small table with chairs on a balcony for chillinghaving breakfast. There is even a fireplace in apartment, sunbathing chair to use in a beach and sun umbrella, citrus juicer a very convenient trolley for grocery shopping. Not to mention dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and regular oven, hairdryer, ironing equipment.Downside: for those who intend to watch TV there were something wrong with TV signal, the image was freezing.

O apartamento é amplo e arejado. A vista é linda e o local é silencioso. A localização é excelente, com bares, restaurantes, supermercado e serviços como locação de bici, bike e automóveis, e informacao turistica. Cozinha bem equipada, faltando apenas uma cafeteira para fazer café coado (tipo americana). Banho muito bom, apenas com reservatório de agua quente um pouco pequeno. Recepção e apoio excelentes! Recomendo e se puder, retorno!!!

Mejor imposible

Reservamos la última semana de Junio. El apartamento es, tal cual se describe y puede verse en la fotografías. Fuimos con niños. Es bastante cómodo y amplio. Situación excelente. En pleno paseo marítimo, con montones de chiringuitos para poder disfrutar del buen "pescaito". Los anfitriones, encantadores y muy atentos. Muchas gracias por hacer posible esa semana tan agradable.

Nous étions là pour 28 jours et nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet appartement. L'épicerie, la pharmacie et bien d'autres commodités sont à quelques minutes de marche. La plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue. L'appartement est un peu plus petit qu'il paraît sur les photos mais c'est tout de même très confortable et très propre. Diego et son épouse sont très charmants et accueillants. Ils ont tenu compte de nos commentaires concernant certains points à améliorer. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. André et Danielle. ps. Un merci spécial à Severine de chez Kubo's pour la communication en français, qui fut fort appréciée.

Would choose it again next time :)

Excellent location - very close to the sea, shops, restaurants, paseo maritimo ect. Owner is very friendly (even at 2AM). Apartment is clean and well equipped.

Nous étions là pour 28 jours et nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet appartement. L'épicerie, la pharmacie et bien d'autres commodités sont à quelques minutes de marche. La plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue.L'appartement est un peu plus petit qu'il paraît sur les photos mais c'est tout de même très confortable et très propre.
