On the beautiful place in a small Dalmatian village Koprivno near Split is situated this holiday home with a swimming pool(32m2). It is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, surrounded by woods and unspoiled nature. The house is spread over three floors and has a lovely terrace (30m2) ideal for the first morning coffee. In the ground floor you will find room/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The same floor, which is air conditioning, also contains a shower bathroom and laundry machine. On the first floor is 2 rooms, bathroom and a little kitchen. The kitchen takes you directly to the terrace with lounge furniture. On the second floor is 2 rooms, bathroom and living room. We have mini fitness room for exercise. The house is designed to accommodate 10 persons. Guests will have access to everything that is inside and out of the house. For children we have arranged park with a sand box, small slide and a swing. House has 1300 m2 fenced yard on which we plant fruit trees and various vegetables depending on the season. Garden is accessible to all guests and free. You can also enjoy your barbecue activities. For guests we are available 24 hours a day, by email-or phone.

Einfach Traumhaft

Wir haben die Woche in diesem Ferienhaus unglaublich genossen. Es fehlte uns an überhaupt nichts. Es gab alles was man sich in einem Ferienhaus wünscht und noch mehr. Der Pool war das große Highlight der Kinder, aber auch das Spielzimmer war toll. Jede Familie hatte sein Reich, auf einer Etage. Das Haus ist wirklich großzügig und das Außengelände top. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank an Karmela und Mirco. Die beiden sind super nett und kommunikativ. Auch um vergessene Sachen wurde sich gekümmert und sie wurden uns nachgeschickt.

Heel fijn en groot huis

Ik ben hier samen met 9 vriendinnen verbleven. Het huis is echt supergroot en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Hierdoor hoef je het huis eigenlijk niet te verlaten en kan je heel de dag aan het zwembad liggen. De stad zelf is ongeveer 20 minuutjes met de taxi maar dat is goed te doen. Supermarkt is 5 minuten rijden met de taxi. Heel fijn en groot huis!

Urlaub mit Kindern

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Das Spielzimmer ist mit vielen Spielsachen ausgestattet. Der Garten und Pool ist auch super, die Kinder konnten viel entdecken und Kirschen pflücken. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir konnten nach einer langen Anreise früher ins Haus.

Perfect stay in Holiday Home Koprivno

We visited the lovely holiday home of Karmela and Mirko in Koprivno with a group of 7 friends. The house is very spacious and clean. From the moment of the check-in we felt welcome and we have been given clear instructions about the house and the surroundings. The house offers everything you need for a carefree holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, the pool has a good size and is very clean. We have no negatives about the house and the stay. The owners spent attention to small details like a carport, lots of towels, perfectly clean grill including the right tools, etc. We would like to thank Karmela and Mirko and recommend this holiday home.

Familienurlaub mit Hunden

Unser Urlaub dort war perfekt. Das Haus liegt oben in den Bergen. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und Entgegen kommend. Im Haus findet man alles was man benötigt - sogar an die kleinen wurde gedacht mit einem extra Raum. Wir waren mit 6 erwachsenen, ein Baby und drei Hunden dort. Wir hatten jeder genug Platz und konnten uns auch zurück ziehen. Die Anfahrt klappte auch gut, die Straße zum Haus wurde gerade frisch geteert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Urlaub in Koprivno

Hallo, wir waren im Juli mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in diesem Fereinhaus in Koprivno. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen kleinen steilen Schotterweg.Der Ort Koprivno ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und dort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Inkl. Outletcenter und Restaurants etc.Das Haus von innnen sehr gepflegt und sauber . Es ist alles da was man braucht . Der Aussenbereich ist auch ansprechend angelegt mit Blick ins Tal. Uns fehlten ein wenig Sonnenschirme oder ähnliches am Pool. Menschen mit Wespenallergie sollten sich allerdings einen Aufenthalt überlegen da es ein doch sehr hohes und störendes Aufkommen gab. wir wurden auch einige Male gestochen. Soll dieses Jahr aufgrund des milden Winters aber extrem gewesen sein. Ansonsten ist das Haus ein wirklicher Ruhepol zum Entspannen und Erkunden der Kroatischen Küste.Die Vermieter Karmela und Mirko waren ausgesprochen nett und haben uns bei allen Problemen oder Fragen immer sofort geholfen. Können diese Haus jedenfalls gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful

Just got back from our stay at this property, I cannot fault anything about our stay, the house is huge, homely Furnished , very clean , spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds , it has everything you need . We didn’t want to travel around during our stay because of the current situation , we had my 3 young grandchildren with us , they loved the play area inside and outside especially the pool which is kept spotlessly clean and is a good size , plenty of room in it for Our party of 8 . The view of the mountain is absolutely stunning . Our hosts Karmela and Mirko are so helpful and are a really nice couple , couldn’t do enough for us . We had an unforgettable holiday for all the right reasons , I would definitely stay there again .

Best place we have stayed in Europe

We really enjoyed staying here. Not only was the house clean, tidy, big and well-furnished, but the owners were friendly and had gone to trouble to make sure we not only had what we needed, but were made to feel welcome. Both arrival and departure in particular were dealt with in a very straightforward fashion, and the owners were very friendly and helpful at explaining everything they could think of about the property. The house is located close to Dugopolje, a medium-sized town in the hills above Split, easily accessible from the airport, with shops and restaurants in easy reach, and convenient for exploring Croatia by road. It has an outdoor pool, which was not warm, but pleasant in temperatures of around 30 degrees. The owners made available to us produce from their garden, and tomatoes featured heavily in our meals!! The outdoor barbeque was very well set up - forget gas grills, this was easy and effective! It was a little tricky to find the first time, as the location overwhelmed satnav, and the house is up a track that was just good enough for the car - a regular problem when you get off the main roads in Croatia. The house is on three floors, with shared space and bathrooms on all of them, so very suitable for more than one family. We spent ten days here, and were conscious how much more time we would like to spend in Croatia. We would certainly consider staying here again if we get the chance to come back.
