Property consists of the main house, heated swimming pool with hydromassage, hot tub (jacuzzi), playing area (billar, table tennis, children toys), garage for two cars, outdoor parking and a special room for grilling. Property is very spacious with total area of 1000 square meters. Property is surrounded with walls for full privacy and comfort.

Main house consists of 4 separate air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, big dinning room with kitchen, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, 3 separate toilets and two big terraces. Next to the main house is garage for two cars and a grilling room with big open fire place and dinning table. In front of the main house is garden with stone dinning table, heated swimming pool with hydromassage, hot tub (jacuzzi), and playground with ping-pong, billard, table-soccer etc.. Propery is suitable for 8 people.
Perfect for people who enjoy peaceful nature surrounding and privacy.
Everything included in price (wi-fi internet on whole propery, air-conditioning, cleaning, taxes, bed-clothing, towels...).
Breathtaking view on Adriatic sea and nearby islands, romantic dinners in the garden, relaxation and complete gateway from everyday routine, everything possible only in Villa Leo.

Families with children will feel like at home and there is also many entertainment for others: Ping-Pong, billiards, five mountain bicycles and the typical Dalmatian game called 'Balote' also known as 'Boccia'. You can also exercise on the gym bike. The swimming pool and hydromassage are illuminated at night and here you can enjoy romantic evenings and refreshing baths. The balcony and pool terrace offer magnificent views to the surrounding coastal scenery. A top quality holiday place. Access to the sea will only take a couple of minutes to drive to a beautiful gravel and sand beaches. There are many gastronomical offers in the area. Try the typical meal 'Peka' and experience the quiet lifestyle by the coast. We recommend a visit to the charming town of Omis. If you want an active holiday, these surroundings are perfect. Try river rafting on the Cetina River, climbing, diving, fishing, hiking in the mountains and surfing. Excursions to Split, Makarska or Dubrovnik complete the many possibilities.

Beyond expectations,

We loved the property and the hosts. Leo and family are wonderful and we now feel like we have family in Croatia. Communication was easy and quick, the dinner they hosted for us was amazing. The boat trip to Brac Island and meal that Drago hosted for us was five star as well. Walking the hills and exploring the villages was a bonus. Hope to return one day for Drago’s wedding!

Schöner Urlaub mit toller Aussicht!

Die Villa bietet alles für einen entspannten und geselligen Aufenthalt als Gruppe bis zu 8 Personen, aber auch die Möglichkeit, sich mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, was die Aussicht angeht, allerdings muss man sich erst an die Auf- bzw. Abfahrt gewöhnen. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, die Ausstattung ist aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Wir persönlich fanden das Grillhaus, die großzügige Terrasse, den Billardtisch und den Pool am Besten. Der in der Beschreibung angekündigte Whirlpool stand noch verpackt auf der Terrasse und wird erst nächstes Jahr angeschlossen, das war ein bisschen schade. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder!

Fantastic villa with fantastic view

The villa is finished to a very high standard. Nicely decorated, spotlessly clean with air conditioning throughout and well equipped for a family holiday. The swimming pool and billiards, table tennis area were a great addition. The local beaches were lovely and a 10 minute drive to the bottom of the hill. Leo provided a bbq dinner which was a real treat.

Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Leo. The property is beautiful and has loads of room for everyone to have space. The views are stunning from the terrace and from the balconies. It is lovely and clean and pretty much everything you could think of has been provided. The hosts Leo and Jadranska are very wonderful and welcoming. They responded quickly to any question and we would thoroughly recommend the invitation for them to cook one night on the wood fired oven. A lovely evening. The pool was a treat as the weather was very warm during our stay as was the aircon. We had a lot of fun with the pool table, table football and table tennis in the evening after a meal. You definitely need a car as it is a steep climb from the seafront to the villa but also to go a bit further afield. Endless beautiful turquoise beaches, Split and Omis definitely worth a visit and there are regular ferries to the various islands. Omis is especially nice and you can hire a small boat to go up the beautiful Cetina river from Omis, go rafting, ride the zip wire or hire guided quad bikes. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area and the one behind the villa (Konaba Bajso) is very nice. We also loved our day trip on Drago’s boat to the blue lagoon on Brac. Lovely villa, plenty to do for all ages to either just stay home and relax or go further afield. We hope to return soon.

Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek

Niesamowite miejsce do wypoczynku, wolnostojący dom z basenem, mnóstwo wspaniałych przestrzeni do spędzania czasu, stół to ping-ponga, bilard, piłarzyki. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Wspaniały widok na morze. Niedaleko bardzo fajna restauracja. Położone jakieś 200 metrów nad morzem, więc samochód konieczny. 2 pokoje z wyjściem na taras i pięknym widokiem, 2 nieco schowane, ale i tak większość czasu spędzicie na świeżym powietrzu :) Wspaniali gospodarze. Przywitali nas pełną lodówką, Prszutem i serem, lokalnym pieczywem. Nie ma się co zastanawiać, trzeba jechać!

Unglaublicher Blick

Absolut nette Vermieter die jederzeit hilfsbereit waren. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie beschrieben und hat eine unglaubliche Lage mit phantastischem Blick. Besonders hat uns der Pool und der Billardtisch gefallen sowie die großzügige Ausstattung der Küche, die vielen Kühlschränke und Bäder. Die gemütliche Lounge bietet sich zum chillen und genießen am Abend an nachdem in der Grillküche ein leckeres Essen gezaubert wurde.

Fantastic 2 weeks in a lovely villa and beautiful peaceful area

Wonderful welcome and evening meal provide by hosts of the most amazing grilled fish - such a thoughtful and welcome touch after arriving in the evening. We had a wonderful time at the villa which is well stocked for everything you could need and grilled in the fantastic grill area most evenings. Would recommend both a trip out to Brac on Drago's boat and also great food at Konoba Bajso. Definitely need a car as the villa is at the top of a steep road climb of about 10 minutes which means fantastic views over to Brac. A wonderful and much needed holiday - thanks to Leo and Jadranka :-)

Great villa!

Really lovely villa with great facilities. There was a good sized pool, table tennis, a pool, table, table football even an exercise bike! There were also mountain bikes we could use too. Everything you could want and more for a relaxing holiday. Great views of the sea and the isle of Brac to the front of the property and mountains behind. There was also a very good restaurant just 5 minutes walk away so great if we didn’t want to drive anywhere. You couldn’t get a better welcome from the owners who surprised us with a delicious fish supper on our arrival including a bottle of their own wine😀 If there was anything we needed to ask they were very quick to respond. We had a great 2 weeks and hope to return in the future.

Wir waren zu Pfingsten zu siebt in der Villa Leo. Die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft von Jadrana und Leo war großartig. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet einen sagenhaften Ausblick.Grandios vor allem am Abend vom Longuebereich auf die Insel Brac. Wir allen waren sehr zufrieden.Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Perfekte Familienferien

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie unseren 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Leo wirklich sehr genossen. Die Nähe zu den Stränden und den schönen Ortschaften hat uns ebenso gefallen wie die Infrastrukur des Hauses. Der Pool, der Billardtisch aber auch der Tischtennis-Tisch und der Fussballkasten wurden rege von uns allen gebraucht und wir hatten auch genügend Gelegenheit am Pool oder in der Lounge die Sonne zu geniessen. Die Uebergabe und Uebernahme liefen problemlos und das Haus sowie die Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch das nahe gelegene Restaurant (100m) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir können die Villa Leo jederzeit und mit Ueberzeugung weiterempfehlen. Wir danke Leo für die Gastfreundschaft und für die Benutzung seiner tollen Villa. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Ein Haus, das alles hat, was man für einen perfekten Familienurlaub benötigt

Fast ganz oben am steil ansteigenden Hang, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Küste der gegenüberliegenden Insel Brac. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig angelegt, in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eines sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants, und bietet mit einem eigenen Grillplatz, Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker und sogar einer fantastischen Boule-Bahn im Schatten hinter dem Haus, ganz abgesehen von dem gepflegten Pool wirklich alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und absolut unaufdringlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Truly amazing - thank you for making our vacation

I went with my family (6 people) to this house beginning of July 2017. The communication with Leo prior to our arrival was super. Very helpful and easy to deal with. We had a bit of a challenge to get there. Google maps directs you via a route that is very narrow at times. Drive approx. 3 km further and you’ll get a much better arrival. There is plenty of room for 2, perhaps 3 cars inside the motorized gate. Leo and his wife (I apologize for not remembering and being 100% sure of your name) greeted us and were very nice to us when we arrived. Shoved us all the amenities and everything the house had to offer. The house if full of stuff and there was a lot of things we never got to use. The only drawback for the house is the location, but you do get a stunning view. The house is far up the hills and it is a long walk to go down to the beach and the shops and restaurants there if you would like to do so. There is however a highly rated restaurant, Konoba Bajso just 200 meters from the house. This restaurant attracts people who drives there from far I believe. One reason may be the view. However, the view from the house is the same 😊. Very good food and friendly service though. We ate there twice. I can’t think of anything the house lacks. The pool is great, there is a table tennis table and a pool table. There is a boule (petanque) court behind the house. There are plenty of places to sit and hang out and for us this was a great way to spend time together. There are some hiking trails starting from Konoba Bajso where you can walk through several abandoned villages, see wildlife including domesticated pigs roaming around streets. We went on a boat trip that was recommended to us. We hired a boat with a skipper who got us to 3 locations In Brac. I do recommend anyone to do this. The skipper was super-nice and the trip was great with drinks and food. We also did a wine tasting and an “extreme canyoning” I can recommend. We didn’t have time for the zip-line in Omis but we’ll d that next time! Thank you for being so nice and making our vacation really great! Hope to see you again some time. /Johan

Fantastic stay

Villa Leo is the perfect place for a holiday for all ages. The photos do not do justice to how lovely and well equipped it is. 3 generations of family were more than catered for in this very spacious house and outside area. The pool area is very sunny with plenty of space and furniture and the pool is a great size and very private. There is a separate toilet which means the kids dont have to go in the house with wet feet and the addition of a fridge in the pool house meant there was always a cold drink nearby. The games area with pool table and ping pong is loads of fun and a welcome shade when you need a break from the sunshine. There are so many other areas to find a quiet place to sit or to enjoy a cold drink from the stone table looking out over panoramic views of the Adriatic, to the balcony or the boules area at the back where our family shared many an evening game. Perhaps our favourite was the bbq kitchen, separate to the main house, with everything you need for a delicious meal cooked over the log fire and complete with another fridge to keep the beers cold. We found the whole villa very well equipped for 7/8 people with every detail provided including music systems both inside and outside and WiFi. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. They made sure everything was of a very high standard and greeted us with a delicious welcome supper of bread, cheese, prosciutto and wine. They were always very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them when they came to maintain the pool during our stay. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and we would recommend walking above the villa into the surrounding village. The restaurant is also a must for a delicious meal and great atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday and will definitely return to the area - and Villa Leo - again. Highly recommended and thankyou so much.

Perfect Holiday In Croatia

This was our first time in Croatia, my husband and I ,our daughter ,her husband and our 3 grandchildren aged 17 15 and 11. The house was beautifully laid out with plenty of space for us all and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday yet well placed for visiting interesting locations in the area. Our 2 weeks passed too quickly and we would all happily go back again.
