Peaceful

Comfortable well equipped gite in the countryside. The owners very welcoming and helpful and provide a very tasty galette for us on our arrival. Situated at the end of a long lane, it is very peaceful and plenty of wildlife to see nearby, birds, deer and a family of coypu. Lots of interesting places to visit and things to see within a short car journey, many of them free to visit.

Impressive Bolthole

Thank-you. We enjoyed your gite so much. Quiet, tucked away location but easy to find up a long tree lined drive. We travelled a lot from this location close to Cognac and Saintes and always enjoyed the quiet when we returned. Historic building and main manor house felt special. Our hosts were very kind. Special touch home made galette and fresh cut flowers for us when we got there. Thank-you so much again. Shaune and David

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Gîte trés agréable, belle bâtisse et bien agencé. Environnement au calme en osmose avec la nature tout en pouvant retourner à la civilisation des villes et plages relativement proches (Saintes, Cognac, Marenne, Royan...). Nous avons également apprécié la présence des chevaux à proximité et la vue de quelques biches. Nous sommes ravis de cet hébergement et avons hâte de pouvoir y revenir. Le plus trés appréciable : accueil chaleureux avec petits présents de bienvenue et à l'écoute si nécessaire. Encore grand merci aux propriétaires et à trés vite. Cordialement

Merveilleuses vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au gîte Dandelot. Une bonne réception avec des fleurs fraîches et un délicieux gâteau nous a immédiatement fait oublier le long trajet en voiture. Un quartier magnifique et calme et pourtant proche de toutes sortes de belles villes et d'activités amusantes. Bref, des vacances idéales.

Un écrin de verdure

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent au milieu de la nature dans un gîte très agréable et au calme ! Nos hôtesses étaient très à l'écoute et aux petits soins (fleurs , galette...) Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Excellent endroit pour du repos

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine au calme dans un endroit charmant et propre au milieu des prairies à chevaux. Réveillés par le chant des oiseaux et la vision des chevreuil en promenade devant la fenêtre! Les propriétaires sont efficaces et discrets. Nous y retournerons PS: seul bémol, les toilettes sont au rdc alors que la chambre parentale est au prier étage.

Vacances au calme en Charentes-maritime

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, une surprise nous attendait, un bouquet de fleur et une grande galette. Le gite correspond tout à fait à la description faite dans l'annonce, l'endroit est calme et reposant, les propriétaires sont d'une très grande discrétion. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent un endroit calme sans bruit dans la nature.

Très beau gîte dans un cadre reposant à la campagne, à seulement quelques kilomètres de Cognac. Le gîte est très bien équipé et l'hôte est très réactive et accueillante. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite où nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Op een prachtige plek gelegen en een compleet uitgerust huisje. Een vriendelijke eigenaresse die er vlak naast woont maar je niet lastig valt. De paarden staan de hele dag in de tuin naar je te kijken. Niet geschikt voor rolstoel of rollators. Winkels niet op loopafstand. Kijk niet onder bed of kast. Dit kan je vakantie plezier beperken.

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce gîte! Nos hôtesses, présentes mais discrètes, nous ont très chaleureusement raccueillis. Le gîte est idéalement équipé : il n'y manque rien. Le site est calme et reposant et est très bien situé si l'on est un amoureux de la saintonge romane . Que chercher de plus ? L'air de la mer : en une heure, on y est ! Bonnes vacances à tous !
