Discover the charm of Barcelona from this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom apartment, ideally located on Calle Consell de Cent, just a short walk from Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalunya. Overlooking the serene Jardins de la Torre de les Aigües, this apartment blends modern comfort with authentic Eixample architecture.

Please note there are few stairs before the elevator.

Hello. The location of this property could not have been better. It was central to all the main attractions and in the central part of the city next to tons of restaurants, shops and other things. This location is also very close to the public transit lines and has easy cab/uber access. The unit itself is very nice and the condo management group is incredibly responsive and fantastic to work with. Would not hesitate to stay there again (we are already talking about going back soon).

Quiet and spacious in a good location

The apartment is great. The beds are comfortable, the A/C works well in all rooms, restaurants and local sites are within walking distance. We loved our time in Barcelona!

Great Location

We loved the location of this unit. There are great restaurants, bars and shops around. It is close to more touristy areas too. Communication from host was timely, the unit was clean and had a great balcony. It was perfect for our family.

Tons of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly the area felt very safe. Only a short walk away from Main Street luxury shops, and gaudi house. Check in process was easy with the Alkies phone app. House was as advertised! AC units in each room other than the room with a small twin bed which had a fan. My friend said the cool air came into her room quickly though and she was comfortable. We each had our own bathroom/shower which was very nice. Also a short walk to the metro which is one of the main lines for the major attractions and the convention center. If you’re looking for a spot in a local area but near the action then this is a perfect place for you

Amazing stay in Barcelona!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! Starting from check-in, the host kept in touch making sure we arrived at the property. We had a minor heating issue which they resolved quickly and the house was very clean and modern. I highly suggest staying here for your stay especially with family!

Great apartment well located in Barcelona

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this unit it had plenty of space for our family of four. It was well located to walk and explore the may sights of Barcelona. The apartment was well appointed in a nice building (with a lift). We would definitely look to stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

Great Stay

We stayed at the property a little less than a week and it was a great location and central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The owner of the property was kind enough to let us check out slightly later due to our flight getting canceled and changed to a later time.

Perfect flat in a great location

Great Stay!

Location of this rental is perfect. Everything close by in a beautiful little neighborhood. Easy walk to Gothic Quarter, Gaudi architecture, and much more. If you are American, the blue fob goes in the little block by the front door to turn on the lights :). Management communicated well. Overall a great stay.

Central, spacious, quiet

This is a lovely apartment on a tree lined street with plenty of space for a family of five. It’s a (beautiful) walk to most of the sightseeing but cafes, restaurants, bakeries are steps from the front door. A really nice apartment.

Family Visit to Barcelona

The location is fantastic and when the street is finished converting to a pedestrian walkway it will be that much better. It was nice because a Main Street was only three blocks away and major attractions were all within a 15-30 min walk, yet the street in front of the apartment was quiet. Also good cafe’s and tapas were within 2 blocks Our family of 5 adults were comfortable within the space Many thanks for hosting us

Nice place and worked well for our family of five for a week. Plenty of space, bathrooms were nice with good showers. Smart tv was nice and easy to use. Door lock app worked fine, but some better and earlier communication about all the details like lock app would have been nice. Nice area with easy access to metro and walkable to lots of good spots.

Location & cleanliness great! Apartment size & amenities great for 5! Habitat Apartment staff however, could not help us with the door lock app. After 4.5 hours in the stairwell, calling Habitat back after no callbacks, an agent was finally dispatched to get us in the unit. The most frustrating thing was the online instructions for the door lock app was wrong & the Habitat staff couldn’t resolve a VERY simple issue for us until the agent arrived. Look at the photo below. If you follow the instructions, you will be in the stairwell for 4.5 hrs as well. So BEWARE, on step 1, turn door “knob” to the RIGHT, not left. Very frustrating!!With all of that said, we would still stay here again for all the other positive reasons!! Aloha!!

Amazing location and 3 Bed & 3 Bath

We wanted a location away from major tourist areas and this was perfect!! Luigi’s around the block has great Italian food, multiple coffee shops and convenience stores close, and you’re central to everything most want to see. The property was very clean, plenty of space and perfect for 5 of us. The only issue we had was checking in using the app because you need internet or cellular data which was a problem for us at times and the only way to enter the building. Ideal location

The location was ideal and the size was perfect for a party of 5. Walking distance to almost everything. We were there in the HOT summer so it was also nice to be very close to two main metro lines. Only regret is that we didn't make use of this option sooner. The multiple ride tickets that can be used by multiple people gave us the option to ride when we were tired of the heat. Also, the aerobus option to/from the airport was easier than I expected if you are not too overloaded with baggage. Overall, a great place to stay.

Spacious Apartment

Totally enjoyed the apartment. There were 4 of us, but could have accommodated 5-6 or a family. We had a hard time with the combo washer/dryer. Written instructions in English would have helped.
