A good sized and well-equipped breakfast kitchen with range cooker (gas hob and electric oven), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table, chairs and door to enclosed courtyard.
Utility/cloakroom
A useful room just off the kitchen with washing machine and wc.

First Floor:

Bedroom one
With king-size bed with iron bedstead, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchairs and window to the front.
Bedroom two
With full size twin single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchairs and overlooking the courtyard.
Family bathroom
Fully tiled with bath and hand-held shower, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Landing with bookshelves with a good supply of books to read and stairs to second floor

Second Floor:

Bedroom three
With full size twin single beds.
Bedroom four
Double bed, to the front of the house, with chest of drawer and armchairs.
Shower room
Fully tiled with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, and chest of drawers.

Outside:

A small enclosed courtyard, with table and chairs. A gate leads to a rear shared alleyway where bins are kept.
Parking is roadside. There is 45-minute parking immediately outside Piper's Lodge between 8am and 6pm, and plenty of quiet 24-hour roadside parking just one-two minutes away from the house.
