Villa Fajan is a four bedroom villa with private pool located in Carvoeiro, just a short distance away from the town centre of Carvoeiro, the local beaches and a large supermarket. A restaurant, La Vera Italia, is within walking distance. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, included in the rental rates.

The living/dining room is complete with a wall mounted TV with cable channels; DVD player; dining table for 8 persons. Patio doors lead to the terrace where steps lead down to the pool area- these steps are protected by a child friendly gate.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds together and this room uses the shower room across the hallway. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.90 x 1.40 metres) and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Vivenda Fajan. Bedroom three has twin beds and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four has a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 metres) and an en suite shower room. There is also a safe available.

Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and electric entry gates. Traditional charcoal BBQ and exterior dining tables. 8 sun loungers with pool towels provided. The swimming pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres with the deep end 1.80 metres in depth and the shallow end 0.90 metres.

Next to the poolside terrace is an exterior WC and a stone built-in table tennis table, situated under the shade of the banana tree.

Vivenda Fajan enjoys a good location a short distance away from the town of Carvoeiro, approximately 3 kms away. The local big Intermarche supermarket is just 1kms away and a restaurant, La Vera Italia, is within walking distance. The nearest beaches are approx.3kms away, including Carvoeiro beach and Benagil beach, Vale de Centianes and Marinha.

Carvoeiro town centre has numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the renowned town square where you have a variety of options at your disposal, including Portuguese, seafood and international restaurants; a tapas bar; a lively and bustling cafe; an ice cream parlour and much more. Carvoeiro beach is one of the Algarve's finest resorts- set in a beautiful bay with golden sands and the famous and distinctive cliffs in the background.
