This breathtaking oceanfront vacation villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath located on Bolongo Bay on the south side of beautiful St. Thomas, USVI! At a spacious 1,260 SF, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy island life. ***This villa has a whole-complex back-up generator in the event of a power outage, so book with confidence!***

Sea Cliff Villa, Unit 20-21 is privately owned and operated, non-smoking, featuring central air-conditioning, comfortable living room, 2 oceanfront balconies, fully renovated bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a king bed. The villa is beautifully decorated in hues of the ocean, with beautiful views and beach decor throughout.

Sea Cliff Villa has one of the best locations on the island, with amazing views of the Caribbean from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This villa's location welcomes breezes from the tropical trade winds throughout the day (you may not even need the A/C!), and uninterrupted views of the water and neighboring islands. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night, just outside your door!

The Ocean View Room (master bedroom) features a king size bed, plenty of hanging and drawer storage, and access to an oceanfront balcony. The Ocean View Room features a luxurious ensuite bathroom, with an oversized shower and vanity.

The Starfish Room (guest bedroom) also features a king bed, plenty of drawer and hanging storage including a large closet, and a full bathroom just down the hall.

For guests wishing to stay with up to 5 guests, a queen size air mattress or a pull-out queen sleeper sofa is available by request. This additional bed can be set up in the large living area or pulled out from the sofa.

The spacious living room has a large flat screen smart TV with DVD player and cable. Living room seating includes a large sectional couch and chair, and two seagrass barstools are adjacent to the living space at the counter area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you could need to cook and enjoy your time on the island! Stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, plates and drinkware are all provided. The kitchen area also features a high-top dining table that comfortably seats 4, with breathtaking views of the ocean from every seat!

Other villa amenities include: in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels, including beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, and an auto-locking front door that allows you to enjoy the beach or pool without the hassle of a key!

On-site amenities include: 2 restaurants (Iggies Oasis and Mim's Seaside Bistro), access to 3 swimming pools, Bolongo Bay Beach, water sports including personal watercraft, paddle boards, aqua tricycles and much more. The Heavenly Days catamaran departs from Bolongo Bay Beach, and makes sails to nearby Buck Island to snorkel with the sea turtles.

St. Thomas and the US Virgin Islands have endless possibilities for you to create the vacation of your dreams! Unlimited dining options, some of the world's best beaches, shopping, family activities, nightlife and much more is all within just a few minutes from your front door.

Sea Cliff Villa is a short drive (or reasonable taxi ride) from the Cyril E. King Airport (STT)- no passport required for travel to the USVI from the USA! While taxis are available at the airport and major tourist areas, we highly recommend renting a car to explore all that the island has to offer!
