About this property

Superb beachfront house, Sableaux beach

House with sublime sea view, fully renovated and equipped.

Sea view living room with a very nice terrace.

On the 1st floor, with access by two stairs (inside and outside): large living room with living room, dining room, open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso, etc.), and on the same floor a master bedroom, with separate shower room and wc.

On the ground floor, a second kitchen (dishwasher, microwave / oven, nespresso, washing machine and dryer) and 4 bedrooms (each with a French window to the garden):
- two double bedrooms each with their own shower room and WC
- two bedrooms with single beds (one with two beds that can be pushed together, the other with 3 beds, 1 of which is a trundle)
- a bathroom
- an independent toilet

The house, with a garden of 800m2, benefits from two terraces: on the 1st floor on the sea side facing East, and on the ground floor on the garden side facing West.

Very pleasant family beach in front of the house (mickey club, sailing club, paddle and kayak rental).

All linens are provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, shower towels and beach towels).

Cleaning in addition to 150 € (floors and sheets)

Superbe maison face à la mer
