Villa La Fuente is perfect for a family holiday. It is close to beaches and golf courses. It is a Spanish property, set in its own grounds and situated on the edge of the Calblanque nature reserve, overlooking the Med. It is less than 10 minutes from La Manga Club. The villa has 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, suitable for 2 families or grandparents who may need their own space. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite. The pool is private and has a large area for sunbathing and relaxing and there is a BBQ area with large stone table for outdoor family entertaining. There is a smart TV and internet. The good sized kitchen is well equipped and there is constant hot water. Air conditioning is available in 4 bedrooms. There is secure off road parking for 3 cars behind an electric gate. The village of Los Belones is a 10 minute walk and offers a very good selection of restaurants, shops, banks and cafes. There are several sandy beaches within a 5 - 10 minute drive offering good swimming or kitesurfing and other water sports. There are golf and tennis facilities at the La Manga Club about 10 minutes drive. Contact us for last minute deals.

Great place

It‘s a great place to be, very calm and the host is very kind and always be there if help is needed. The house has everything you need and the pool is amazing. With a car you can visit everything you want to because it‘s next to the street, alldough in and around the house is calm and perfect to relax.

Great experience!

Big house with all the essentials, very pratical and confortable. Great for families that want to spend vacations with all the commodities, nice pool, close to the beaches and La Manga. It has nearby a Golf Course, Natural Park, el Mar Menor and even Cartagena is only 20 minutes by car. The owner and the housekeeper were very usefull, with great tips and everything worked well in the house. Very practical house for children that want to spend all day in the pool!

We have owned the villa for 25 years and have rented it privately for many of those years in the summer. We have lived there as well - and have a very strong attachment to the area and the local community.
We have recently upgraded the villa and it is in excellent condition.
We especially like the area as it is quiet and peaceful, and yet close to the amenities of La Manga Club Resort and the local village of Los Belones. Both are within a few minutes drive: the best of both worlds.
Very often two associated families decide to holiday with us - some every year. Brothers and sisters and cousins spend time together undisturbed. They have become friends to us.

Why they chose this property

This property provides the perfect place for family holidays as it caters for diverse interests and needs. You can relax by the pool, go to one of beaches (10 minutes drive) to swim or walk, enjoy a variety of water sports such as sailing, wind surfing or kite surfing, or play golf and tennis. There are also hills for mountain biking and walking. The village of Los Belones is just 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is a good supermarket, butcher, bodega, fishmonger, baker and about 40 different restaurants and tapas bars. On Tuesday there is a local market. The villa itself is comfortable and provides lots of accommodation so that one can enjoy some privacy and peace. There is are outside areas for bar-b-q and eating.

What makes this property unique

This is a Spanish property set in real Spain not on a resort. It is therefore very private and not overlooked and has the unique benefit of everything Spanish as it is close to the village and beaches but it is also a very short distance from the La Manga club, with its world-renowned golf and tennis facilities - the same access but less expensive! It has views over the sea. It is also very secure because there is an enclosed garden and electric gate.
