Smart Villa in Cabo de Palos with sea views
Beautiful newly renovated house with sea views, with a privileged location in the center of the town of Cabo de Palos. Levante beach and the coves of the western area are two minutes walk, as well as shops and restaurants.
The exterior of the house has several spaces to enjoy the sun, the garden and the wonderful pool for private use. It has two porches covered with sofas to rest, a third with a folding awning to enjoy the sun in winter and be covered in summer, located on the platform access to the pool overlooking the sea, with a table where they can eat 10 guests. All of them of great capacity. Also, we have a fourth covered area where the barbecue and another table for 10 people. In the barbecue you can cook both with gas and charcoal, making available to the tenants of butane, iron and paella.
There is a shower in the garden and numerous sunbeds. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided.
The interior of the house is very bright, with three accesses to the garden. It has a living room with a fireplace and a large TV with free access to Netflix. The dining room for 10 people is comfortably connected to the kitchen.
The kitchen in turn is large, and is fully equipped to make you feel at home: toaster, kettle, Nespresso, blender, oven, microwave, washing machine, large capacity fridge ...
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with King size bed (160x200 cm), the other en suite with access from the garden with two beds of 90x200 cm.
In the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with King size bed and a large furnished terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with two 90x200 beds and travel cots and another bedroom with 150x200 bed and sea views. There is also another furnished terrace with sea views, so you will have different spaces to enjoy the views and the sun.
The house has Wifi access and free Netflix.
Sheets, sheets for cots, bath towels and pool towels are included.
They can also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and wine.
The property has permanent ford to facilitate parking.
Meal service is offered by the house staff. Specialty in rice.
