The apartment is developed on two levels with internal stairs on the third and fourth floors of an elegant and new condominium with lift. On the first level: entrance with living room and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster; large furnished veranda ideal for breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors; double bedroom with small balcony; bathroom with comfortable shower. On the second level: large room, equipped with TV, with comfortable double sofa bed and single sofa bed both with 18 cm mattress; bathroom and two large terraces including a sea view. All rooms are air conditioned and all terraces are equipped with solar awnings. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and ironing board and is about 1500 m from the railway station; 100 m from the bus stop; about 5 km from Alghero-Fertilia airport. A few minutes walk from the beautiful beach with pine forest of Maria Pia and 20 minutes walk from the center along the beautiful promenade "Barcelona". Located in a strategic position; nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bank, post office and other basic necessities.

We had a really lovely time at the Penthouse Maris. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Modern, well located for the beach, supermarkets, bakery and restaurants plus only twenty minutes walk to Alghero old town. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful modern apartment with exceptional hosts

The apartment is extremely clean and modern with every amenity you could want. Everything works - WiFi, air conditioning, oven, retractable black out blinds. There is so much outdoor space, with really comfortable furniture so you can enjoy sitting outside in the sun or in the shade. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close and walkable to the city centre. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk and a great beach. There are many more beaches within short driving distance. Parking outside the apartment was free and it was very easy to find a spot. The hosts are exceptional. They are so helpful and friendly and even came to our rescue when we had an issue with our hire car. Communication with them is excellent and they are so kind. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Super Appartment - Lage ist ok

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, mit 2 Dachterrassen und einem Balkon. Es ist liebevoll mit Bezug zu Sardinien eingerichtet, aber keinesfalls ĂŒberladen. In der KĂŒche ist alles, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber. Wir fanden insbesondere die Abende auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer super. Die Lage ist leider nicht so schön, an einer Straße, die gut befahren wird und mit in die Jahre gekommenen HĂ€userblocks in der Umgebung. Man kann gut zum Strand laufen und auch die Uferpromenade ist nicht weit. Zur Altstadt und dem Stadtzentrum ist es allerdings ein guter Marsch, so dass wir hier das Auto genommen haben, allerdings findet man sehr schlecht einen Parkplatz. Auch zu den GeschĂ€ften des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs ist es etwas Weg.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Einen ganz lieben Dank an Graziella, fĂŒr die nette BegrĂŒĂŸung und den unkomplizierten Kontakt. Hat alles prima geklappt, von der Buchung bis zur Übergabe. Das Haus (mit Fahrstuhl), in der sich die Maisonettewohnung im DG befindet, wurde erst 2018 fertig gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und auf dem neuesten Stand. Auf beiden Etagen gibt es Schlafmöglichkeiten und jeweils ein separates Badezimmer. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 1 Jugendlicher. Unser Sohn hat die obere Etage komplett fĂŒr sich allein genutzt und konnte sich so auch mal zurĂŒckziehen. Die Terrasse an der KĂŒche ist mit einer gemĂŒtlichen Sitzgruppe ausgestattet. Zum Strand "Maria Pia" sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die weiteren Tipps von Graziella hinsichtlich der StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung und Restaurants können wir empfehlen. BĂ€cker und Supermarkt sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Jeden Mittwoch ist sogar ein Wochenmarkt direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. In die Altstadt von Alghero sind es ca. 30 min. zu Fuß. Es war ein toller Urlaub in Alghero!
