Apartment on the mezzanine floor with private entrance, in an elegant and totally renovated context, inside a fenced court. It overlooks the beach and the main square of the village. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, kitchen with double sofa bed, 3 private bathrooms with shower, table and chairs outside, living room with outdoor TV. It is tastefully furnished according to the latest trends in furniture. The kitchen recalls the marine style with the Azulejos tile covering. It is equipped with all the most modern appliances (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ....). The portico with sea view is ideal for al fresco dining, and the living room lends itself to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Ideal for families with children, or for anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect position on the beach, and to participate in the evenings organized by the San Mauro Mare Village, in the square or on the seafront.
