De villa is onafhankelijk en heeft 3 kamers. Zeer comfortabele tweepersoonskamers, met veel ruimte voor bagage. Een daarvan is de grote suite op de bovenste verdieping, met een chill-out terras en een spectaculair uitzicht van bijna 180 ° naar de zee en de zonsondergang, en de andere twee kamers. tweepersoonskamers zijn op de begane grond, allemaal voorzien van airconditioning.

Het heeft een groot privézwembad met ligstoelen, tuin, barbecue en uitzicht op zee.

Het huis heeft ook alle comfort: Smart TV 40 '', wi-fi, wasmachine, Nespresso-apparaat, magnetron, vaatwasser en volledig uitgeruste keuken.

De villa is gelegen in de rustige en mooie residentiële urbanisatie van Cap D'Artutx (er zijn geen gebouwen of hotels), een paar meter van de vuurtoren van Cap D'Artrutx, op 5 minuten met de auto van de prachtige stranden van Cala'n Bosch en Ze zijn Xoriguer en op 15 minuten van Ciutadella. U kunt het strand in ongeveer 20 minuten bereiken tijdens een aangename wandeling langs de kust. De locatie is ook perfect voor toegang tot de beroemde maagdelijke stranden van het zuiden (Macarella, Turqueta en Son Saura). Het huis ligt op een paar meter van Camí dels Cavalls (het pad dat rond het eiland loopt, een van de grote attracties van Menorca, ideaal om te wandelen).

De locatie is onverslaanbaar, met supermarkten en restaurants om de hoek, en een paar minuten van de jachthaven van Cala'n Bosch, waar meer opties zijn voor bars, restaurants, speeltuinen, watersporten, een breed scala aan toerisme en andere diensten .

Love love love this place. Location is amazing, real end of the world feel with the sea just on the doorstep and the lighthouse of Artrutx 10 mins walk away. Also really close to amazing beaches (a short drive, rather than a walk). The water is so clear, it's like being in the Maldives some days. Also really close (30 mins drive or boat trip) to the stellar beaches of the south coast - Cala Macarella and Cala Mitjana and 10 mins drive from Ciutadella, Cala Blanca, Cala Santandria etc. The hosts were impeccable, really responsive and provide guidebook worthy advice on the island. Could not recommend enough.The villa is also superb, lots of outdoor space, great set up inside with a master bedroom upstairs away from the kids! Pool was lovely, garden has nice shade at all times of day.

Great sunset view, villa has everything you need!

Staying at this villa was made so easy. The owner made contact via whatsapp which made communication just before and during our stay so easy and quick. The owner was also so helpful, it just made visiting Menorca so straight forward and easy. Upon arrival there were a couple of bottles of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Everything was so clean too! The sunsets from the balcony off the master bedroom, are amazing. A perfect view. There are 3 supermarkets, literally around the corner, less then a 5 minute walk away, which was really convenient. The walk to the Marina only took 15 minutes and we went there a few nights for dinner - every meal was great. We enjoyed each night we ventured out. We were able to get a taxi back from the taxi rank each time too, to save the kids having to walk home as well. One of the days we went to Aquarock water park, which is right next to the Marina. The kids loved it. It isnt a huge place but perfect for speanding a few hours there. All in all, a lovely villa, great location and great communication with the owner. Would love to stay agin.

100% the best choice in a villa

Perfect hosts! Communication has been faultless throughout. Adriana and Kass went above and beyond to make our stay in their villa perfect: helpful directions, excellent local tips of places to go, even offering us a late check out based on our return flight. The welcome bottle of wine and Menorcan cookies were a lovely touch too! Villa Calma is comfortable with everything you might need and is beautifully located; the pool is super as are the sunset views. It’s in a quiet location, which is what we were after, but walking distance to busier areas and a beach for days when you want a break from the driving. Our only 👎 is that we had to leave! We will definitely be back!

Lovely Holiday

This Property is definitely for a family, we had a few issues but nothing major and they were dealt with promptly by the owners. Pool is a very good size and the sunsets are beautiful watched from the balcony. Plenty of wardrobe/storage space. Self catering from here is no problem at all. Area surrounding the property was quiet for 95% of the time which we were grateful for. Plenty of outdoor space which is where you want to be when on holiday. Its not what we would call luxury but its definitely got a good feel about it, we all felt very relaxed from first stepping into the villa and wasnt afraid to touch anything which when you have 4 adults 2 teenagers (one of which has disabilities) and a 7 year old can only be a good thing.

Lovely break

Our group needed a quiet break in the sun, but with the ability to access amenities close by. This lovely villa, with excellent pool, provided all of that for us. We’ve hired many villas over the years, but have not come across owners as helpful and friendly as Adriana and Kass.

Wonderful

Amazing location. Hosts were fantastic. Pool so clean and warm. Few minutes walk to a few friendly restaurants and supermarkets. 15 mins walk to cala n bosch harbour which is simply wonderful with a lovely atmosphere. So many restaurants to choose from and such friendly people!! Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Family Holiday

This was our second time to Cala'n Bosc and Villa Calma was perfect. From the initial enquiry right through to departure the communication was first class, even providing lots of useful information about restaurants and places to visit in the area. The villa has everything you need, the pool is great and the views from the terrace are a lovely way to watch the sunset in the evening. The location is quiet but within easy reach of the marina or the Cami de Cavalls. We look forward to coming back some day!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es war Alles da was den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten lässt. Alles hat funktioniert ( Klimaanlage, Poolreinigung, Gärtner). Wasser, Weißwein, Kaffee und Kekse hießen uns willkommen. Wir werden dieses Haus gerne weiterempfehlen. Und natürlich den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang im „Sea Club“ am Leuchtturm Cap‘ D Artrutx nur 10 min. zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt

Maravillosa semana en esta vivienda del Sur de la isla. La localización te permite estar cerca de a algunas de las mejores playas, de Ciudadela y disfrutar de unas puestas de sol estupendas. La casa está súper bien equipada y cuenta con todo para disfruta con amigos y familia. Top!!

Vacaciones peculiares ....

Villa Calma es una casa con piscina muy bonita y confortable. Todo en perfecto orden, limpio y como aparece en las fotos. No falta nada, y los propietarios son muy amables y disponibles por si necesitas algo. La posición es formidable para mirar la puesta del sol desde la terraza donde puedes también tomar una copa en todo relax . Mi familia y yo pasamos dos semanas maravillosas. ¡Nos veremos el año que viene !

Un séjour sans faute

Villa simple et pratique disposant d’un bon confort et relativement bien située. La plage de Cala en Bosch n’est pas la plus belle de l’ile mais il est facile de se déplacer pour aller explorer d’autres criques vraiment fantastiques.

the house where I stayed is the ideal to make the most of the holiday. the area is very quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful view. it is close to beautiful beaches. the house has everything and nothing is missing. the owners are very kind and have filled me with very useful advice. In future for another holiday I would always come back to this house

1st class villa in excellent location

We stayed at the villa for ten nights in August and had a great holiday. The villa itself was spacious and had all the storage space and basic necessities needed for a self catering holiday. We loved the pool and being able to eat outside. There was a well stocked supermarket 5 mins away where you could get fresh bread and croissants on a morning and was open late for wine on an evening! We walked into town every evening (15 mins) where we were impressed with the variety of restaurants which were reasonably priced. Cassio and Adriana were great at providing information on the local area and, when a lightbulb failed during our stay, arranged for the maintenance team to replace quickly. This was probably the first time we’ve stayed somewhere where we’d be keen to return.

Superb house!

I recommend the villa 100%. First of all Adriana and Casio are very nice people and managed to help us having a good holidays. The communication with them was very easy also. The villa is as deceived on the website, furnished, calm and clean. There are 3 supermarkets only less than 10mn walk. The nearest beach cala n Bosch is 20mn walk, which is fair enough. Overall if you’re traveling with you family and looking for a calm and well situated place to rest and spend holiday, don’t think twice, go for it!

Nice villa with great pool

We really enjoyed staying in Villa Calma. Three good sized bedrooms. A well equipped kitchen and a great pool. A very short walk to two well stocked supermarkets. There are also three restaurants nearby but we didn’t try any of those. A nice 20 minute stroll to the marina. Bus to Ciutadella easy and cheap. Communication with owner was great. Would love to come again for a full week (our flight was cancelled so it cut our holiday three days short).

Lovely villa and great hosts

We had a lovely family holiday here. The villa is in a nice quiet location and yet near to plenty of restaurants and shops. There are lovely views of the sea from the villa and the communication from Adriana and Cassio could not have been better. They sent us very useful information about the villa and location in advance of our journey, and contacted us a couple of times during our week to make sure that everything was OK. They were there to greet us and even left a bottle of bubbly and some biscuits as a welcome. Lovely people. Hence, we would definitely recommend this villa.

Wonderful quiet location, very attentive hosts.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay in this lovely villa. The pictures are true to life, and as a party of five we had everything that we needed. The pool and the barbecue were very much in use, and the nearby local supermarket was handy and cheap. The hosts, Cassio and Adriana were fantastic, attending to our every need, and always available when we needed help. They met us on arrival, and allowed us both early check in and late check out, very much appreciated, thank you so much for looking after us so well. We loved the peaceful location, even though it was low season, but Cala en Bosch is just walking distance if you do want a little night life. Thoroughly recommend this villa, we would love to return sometime.

Wonderful stay! Nicely equipped house and lovely incredible sunsets

Loved our stay! Met with Cassio and Adriana on arrival and felt very welcomed to borrow their home for a week or so. Generous people who left us a welcome bottle of bubbly which we drank right away on the balcony as we saw our first beautiful sunset. Sparkling pool to sunbathe and swim in privacy. There is a gorgeous lighthouse a 5 min walk away, and the coral covered beach where people gather every night for photos and romance. We enjoyed many crowded beaches and the people watching! Our favorite we found was Cavalier which was north of Ciutadella. Darker sand but very large beach. No restaurants but good snorkeling and elbow room. We liked a restaurant nearby Two Rocks for their paella and comfy chairs and the restaurants that were suggested. We golfed at the Parc course and really enjoyed that and also the Morrell area. Insane views! The house was well equipped and clean and the only things I would suggest for future visits would be to buy a cheap beach towel, rent a car (because the island has so many things to see) and get mosquito spray. We had a very enjoyable stay and loved the house the hosts and the location! Cheers! Until we meet again! Tammy and Scott
