Renovated well equipped farmhouse with wifi

A recently renovated farmhouse, both spacious and comfortable which benefits from a sunny south facing location. The original character of the property has been maintained with it's open fireplaces, oak beams and rustic features, whilst offering a well equipped family home arranged on three floors.
Situated in a small tranquil village with countryside views, within five minutes walking distance of a lovely friendly bar and restaurant. Jugon-les-lacs is located 2 km away where a range of additional restaurants and shops can be found next to a beautiful lake. Water sports: within five minutes walking distance of the house there is a new water/cable skiing facility at Dolo lake which opened in the summer 2016. Nearby within 2 km there are further water sports such as kayaking, sailing and pedalos.
There is a large spacious garden to front and rear of the property with patio area, table and chairs and barbecue. Ample parking space for up to three vehicles. Garage with some beach items and bicycles available for use.
We welcome you to stay in our beautiful house and enjoy the relaxation of this tranquil area.

Lovely peaceful location

Comfortable and homely base for exploring the area. Great to have the lake nearby to watch the wildlife and use the restaurant. Easy access to ports and motorways. All local facilities available at Jugon Les Lacs which is only a short drive away and the coast is only 30 minutes away.

A fantastic place to explore the Bretagne (and more).

We stayed for 2 weeks and explored the whole North Bretagne from there. Also a day trip to the Normandie was possible. The house itself is very well equipped, we missed nothing. Location is great, good to walk the dog and close enough to get within few minutes on the next highway and so next advanture! The hosts are great and were always available via e-mail. Overall we loved it. Thanks again!

Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf met onze kindjes en hond. De omheinde tuin was voor ons een echte meerwaarde. Er is ook een kleine speeltuin en trampoline/terrasje naast het wakepark, wat op 5 min wandelen is. Het verblijf zelf was ruim en al het nodige was aanwezig. De contactloze check-in en check-out was ook zeer gemakkelijk, vertraging en eerder vertrek was was hierdoor geen enkel probleem.

Gite très fonctionnel pour huit personnes et situé dans une région calme et reposante

Deux semaines de vacances avec mes enfants et petits enfants dans cette maison bien restaurée et confortable. Après des semaines sans avoir pu être ensemble le gite de Caroline et Jason nous a permis de nous retrouver dans le calme de la campagne bretonne. L'emplacement du gite , proximité de Jugon Les Lacs , permet de belles découvertes à quelques dizaines de kilomètres. Pour terminer, je recommande les pizzas de Mr DELPON , le gentil voisin et la boucherie des Lacs pour la qualité de ses produits .

Jolie ferme pleine de charme

Nous avions retenu cette propriété pour passer un séjour en famille et nous n'avons pas été déçus, la maison est très vaste, bien équipée, rénovée avec goût, les chambres sont confortables et les 3 salles de bain ont été les bienvenues pour notre groupe de 8 personnes. Le propriétaire, très aimable a été vraiment à notre écoute. Et tout ça, dans un havre de paix, où l'on peut se reposer en toute quiétude. Belles balades à faire aux alentours à pied ou en vélo, joli petit village à proximité et beaux plans d'eau à voir. L'endroit est aussi un bon point de départ pour visiter Dinan et les côtes d'Armor. Merci à Caroline et Jason pour ce bon moment.

Dès pièces de grandes dimensions pour 8 personnes et très bien rénovées. Le tout dans un endroit calme à une courte distance du site de ski nautique. Très bonne prestation que je recommande.l'agent d'entretien est vraiment aimable.
